I had my girl friend pick me up a bowl for take out and she add extra meat and rice there was no extra meat and the cheese and sour cream look like it was tossed on one side I was highly disappointed if I will every get a bowl from there I will go inside from now on to make sure my orders is right it’s sad I came to ask if they can do anything they was closed so I ask if I could come tm he told me there nothing he can do about it

I don’t know where to start but I will say I’m a big fan of chipotle and will always be but this location which is the closest to my house always seem to rub me wrong way…I hate the fact I can come to this location and get the bare minimum with service and food quality and tonight which was my last attempt did it and I won’t mention names but I spent my last at this location and yes I know it won’t make a difference but that’s just it for me!!

A young man who I think was a new employee served me tonight and was very kind and did a great job. Unfortunately there was a very mean goblin of a man behind me who was incredibly rude to all of the staff. I wish I would have spoken up but I was so genuinely caught off guard that someone could be so unpleasant.
This location has really stepped up service in the past year and i will look forward to returning. Thank you all!
