Came to order a large chicken quesadilla and they refused just because I had two people behind me such a rip off then made it like it’s my fault because I wanted a chicken quesadilla!

Two times within a few weeks where the order was wrong. Caught them this time but didn’t have time to wait since my order had been sitting for 15 mins on the counter instead of the pickup shelves. Customer service was horrible.

This Chipotle is the worst one in York county. They offer such small portions and cheat you out of a full container of guacamole. The owner/manager is particularly rude.

Save yourself time and heartache just go to the Chipotle in Shrewsberry. They slap each time and actually give you the portions you ask for! It is possible! Really it just comes down to people who obviously are understaffed, overworked, lack of leadership and accountability…sad to see a once decent place go way downhill. Corporate you should be embarrassed of yourselves.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I had to beg for enough rice and meat to even see it in the bowl—what they gave initially was laughable. Dirty counters, no accessible utensil. Communication was nearly impossible, and no one appeared to understand simple questions. Such a shame because I love their food but the environment & customer service got me fired up.

I love the food but every time i order online i never get utensils and napkins in my delivery and its hard since i order at work and i dont have utensils to use on my own and it gets me mad that why cant they add that in my bag.

Ordering on the app at this location is a constant inconvenience. You select a time and I understand everything is busy. But when you place an order for 6:30 and don’t walk out of there until 6:50 because your order is not complete. Numerous times I’ve gone to this location and watched the take out employees not focused on their work but joking around with the other workers or today it was customers sitting at the table by the takeout counter distracting the employee. Never an apology for waiting…. 20 minutes past the pick up and seeing there was not even a line through the building like there can be at times, ridiculous. My order was also over $50 so it wasn’t just some small order I was waiting on 🙄

Stopped here to pick up lunch before work took them forever to notice me waiting to order then they smashed my order up against the end of the counter where no one could see it and nobody checks me out. I’m standing there waiting for almost 7 minutes in total. The person that is supposed to be checking people out is more concerned with anything but the register, eventually, he comes up, but then insists that he can’t do anything with the register because his hands are wet. The woman that took my order was not listening, kept trying to put ingredients that I did not request on my food which one of them was an allergen for me. I’m not sure what happened to this chipotle it used to truly be wonderful. Great place to go but not anymore

Very skimpy of everything, asked for extra sour cream was stared at like I had two heads, I had to say what I wanted multiple times before she understood. Felt like I was yelling at them while placing my order. The guy at the register was carrying on a full blown conversation with a coworker and every time I said something he was like what. Just poor customer service and not a welcome environment.

It's always been one of my go-tos for something quick and delicious; plus, you always have leftovers, and they taste just as great the next time around! You definitely get the value for your money, and the food has always been top-notch, in my opinion. My favorite is the chicken or steak-- I loved the honey- Chipotle chicken, it had a little bit of a kick to it, but that's where the guac and sour cream help to cool it down!
