Go to Concord rd if you can and avoid this location. Portions are ridiculously low. I figured it was just the one day, but when I came back another day, same thing!

We had two people in front of us. Manager or owner was on break, eating and talking over to one of the workers on the other side of the counter, saying something and the guy didn’t hear what he was saying so he yelled it again. Then when a line formed, the manager yelled to a female employee her name, over and over then pointed to the line (she had her back turned) then he went to the cashier and was asking her if she wanted boba, she replied no and he goes “what!!! Whyyy!!!” All jokingly. The female employee looked really uncomfortable. When it was our turn, we walked up and took a look at the food, everything was so dry and old so we decided to go next door. When we were leaving the manager or owner, said you guys dont want anything? I replied that everything looked too old to eat. BTW they didn’t have anything cooking on the grill either and had two empty meat containers.

never in my life have i went to a chipotle and the bowl was empty mine and my friends it was so empty that we finished it mind you i always leave half of it cause i get full and we are still hungry

Very depressing experience we had ordering food for pickup, and the first thing we noticed was quantity to be extremely low, and it was across the board as we ordered 5 Veg bowls. The next worst thing was that all of them had elevated salt levels to the point that it was unbearable... we were on a road trip, and by the time we started to have the takeout dinner, it was already too late and too far to make any corrections. Disappointed ?

Staff is some of the most unfriendly people I have seen. My guess it's a manager or ownership that is the root. Food often has next to no protein. A side of taco shells have gone from a free side to 50 cents to $2+.It's worth driving across town a half hour then going to this location

The amount of food you get is so inconsistent at this location, sometimes you walk out with a nice full bowl that’s worth the money and the next time you get half scoops of everything and double charged if you ask for a little more. Pretty disappointing when you see the bowls they make for themselves on their breaks too and they’re topped completely full of everything. Don’t waste your time here
