Tasty as always! I got double meat and the portion was decent — not huge, but enough to satisfy. The food quality was on par with every other Chipotle I’ve been to, which is a good thing.
Only small issue: the restroom light was a bit dim, which made it feel a little off. But overall, solid experience.

I ordered a kids meal 2 soft tacos with sides of rice, fajita veggies, and chicken. This is what it looked like straight out of the bag, not touched. 1 crispy taco no chicken, 1 piece of a pepper and the rice that’s it. Half the order wasn’t here.

The workers here were more interested in chatting with each other than serving the line of customers. We were all standing around waiting on proteins that had just been placed on the grill, and there was no rush to get anything prepared. I never leave bad reviews, but after this visit I felt the need to warn everyone not to go to this location. Waste of time and money!

I guess I like to punish myself because I keep going back. I Ordered a chicken bowel during my lunch break. Chicken, extra brown rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, cheese and, extra sour cream. With a bottled Coke Zero.
Not only did I not get extra brown rice, I got NO rice at all. And I got a regular Coke. I’m diabetic. I can’t drink it. And it was warm. Not refrigerated at all.
Everything was bagged up and I only have so much time during my break. The disappointment when getting back to my desk to eat was a bummer.

Slower than slow. First door dash order was wrong so went through the bs refund process, once that was done ordered the incorrect item again and drove to the location myself, 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready im still waiting.

I went in yesterday 6/9/25. There was a decently long line. The employees worked quickly and efficiently. I also noticed that the employees were speaking kindly to each other and had very good communication between each other.
I’m very sensitive to noticing employees having tension between each other and frustration during a rush. So I was impressed and happy to see them remaining cool headed and friendly.
This is one of the weirdest Chipotle's. They're always out of stuff. The other day they were out of bowls!

Roland went above and beyond the whole staff in specific provide an over the top experience I dealt specifically with Roland great portion control and consistency , when the pos system was down the team showed extreme resiliency getting the system fixed efficiently I hands down best staff in York county chipotles

The only good thing i can say is it was fast.. Horrible service Small portions. Damn salsa was empty and the chick ran the sppon around the dish and acted like she was putting salsa in my bowl...just get more salsa girl..then acted like i was a bad person when i pounted it out..lol

Do not go to this location if you except customer service. The workers did not acknowledge us at all when they saw us standing and waiting for someone to take our order. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment, even if they are busy, a simple “I’ll be right with you” would do. Their food was average. Their chips were stale and extremely salty. We saw them scraping off burnt chicken from their grill while waiting for our order to be taken. Would probably recommend to choose another location if possible.
