This Chuck E. Cheese is decent. It’s very disappointing that the trampoline park is never open during week days. Other than that solid food and decent games for a Chuck E. Cheese!

I don't know what they did to their pizza because I used to love it but now it tastes like crap. The wings were undercooked the last two times we got them and it took forever to get them which is because they have to run them through the oven twice instead of using a fryer. I got the gold pass. so the value is a really good deal. 250 tokens every day and 50% off of food so I'm reading them hi for value. Out of three times we have been there Chucky has only come out one time. I thought the staff was pretty good as well as they make every immense they can to make things better and are right on top of things like when the soda is out. But in the end they really need to focus on their food quality

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would ! The lady I believe was the manager so nice and welcoming. She was so patient and understand when our Groupon was acting up . The rest of the staff was also so welcoming and nice and made sure we had everything we needed ! We got the fun pass and will be coming back a lot more thanks to them.

Just want to say that had an amazing experience from booking the party to packing up and leaving the party. Our party host I think Mackenzie took very good care of us and always made sure everyone snd everything was good . The pizza was hot and fresh . The kids had a blast . Playing games for 2 hours was slot of fun but exhausting . My daughter loved it as well as her friends . Will be booking again in the near future . Aldo can’t forget the gentleman at the ticket counter so patient kind and helpful as well

While visiting in York we needed an indoor place because of the rain. It was just okay. There are only automated machine games now, No Air hockey table which was always a favorite for me. My great grand daughter enjoyed it though.
