Guy is going deaf and refuses to serve me because he couldn’t hear my order over the phone. Food isn’t that good to deal with rude customer service. Then he hung up on me because he couldn’t hear. I was screaming and he couldn’t hear.

Went here because I had been here years ago. It used to be good. Ordered two subs. One ham and one Italian. The Italian had none of the meats that it was advertised to have. The gentleman working did not seem to happy to be there. We will not be returning.

We have loved this place for years but hadn't been inside for a long time. Brought the kids to eat lunch today and they no longer have any drinks. No fountain soda or bottled beverages is bit strange. I guess high-school students don't come here during lunch anymore either...

Ordered from here giving it another shot after many mistakes. When there food is done correctly it is great. This time our stromboli the dough was raw along with my wifes pretzel bacon burger.. outside was cooked that was it. I think I've given enough chances.

We keep trying to get food here since it's local and sometimes it's really good. But every single time, one of our items is messed up, typically not made the way it was ordered. Today was the final straw. Stromboli dough had bits of raw dough still. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger in a pretzel bun, that I've gotten before, and other than the outside, the dough was completely raw and inedible. Very disappointed that they can't seem to get it together in there.
