Jocelyn was absolutely tremendous - she was not only a great waitress, she was very personable, great conversationalist, she made our experience even better. The food was incredible - not a single complaint on our appetizers nor our three meals.

I wish I could give it a corner star not even half, I was extremely sad on how awful the food was, it was extremely dirty and it smelled like old dirty mop water, the waitress was very nice and pleasant however who ever was back there cooking in the kitchen NEEDS TO BE PUT UNDER THE JAIL because this was definitely a crime committed with that awful food, praying you guys get better SMH I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE NIGHTMARES ABOUT THIS FOOD😢😢😢🤮🤮🤮

Not the Dennys it used to be. Ordered coffee and it was cold. Ordered a burger and I have no idea what the hell they gave me. Horrible, fatty and where the hell the beef was I have no idea. The waitress was nice but never asked how everything was. When paying my bill, I told her that I know it's not her fault but over 3 bucks for a coffee it should be hot and the food was not great and I will not be back. Also the water tasted horrible. I should have known when there were no cars in the parking lot.

I didn't have good service, we waited over 10 min to be seated. At 9am. Floors were nasty and dirty, with trash in numerous spots. Only one waitress was doing anything with 7 different tables and booths occupied. Another waitress was walking around but not doing anything with customers. We ordered 1 coffee and 3 waters. Still waiting for are orders to be taken. I elected to pay for the coffee and leave. I've eaten at this Dennys numerous times over the course of many years and have never been this disgusted with the cleanliness of your restaurant.

My husband and I visited Denny’s at 1199 Loucks Rd in York, Pa this evening 07/06/2025. I must say our waitress/server whose name is Annie was the most courteous, most professional young lady that we have ever experienced at ANY Denny’s location. She was on point, she had the most pleasant smile and made sure our food and drinks were done the way we had ordered. She took her time to come back and checked on us for refill on drinks and our dinner. Never once had to ask for her. Even we got ready to pay we were both in shock to learn that this was her 1st time ever being a waitress and she’d been in the job for ONLY 3 weeks. Annie handled it like a true professional! Please consider giving Annie a raise in pay. She’s remarkable and her service is which makes us most definitely going to come back to this Dennys only because of her. EXCELLENT JOB ANNIE!! HOPE YOU GET THAT RAISE FOR A JOB WELL DONE!! See you soon!
