This restaurant doesn't really care about his customers especially if you order to Uber eats they took over 55 minutes to prepare a one dish plate consisting of pulled pork and some brisket with a side of fries and two barbecue sauce dishes which day include it's shameful how they don't care about how they take for small hours I wouldn't order from these guys again terrible then once you get the food since it took so long all the food is cold hard not tasteful not even worth the price of a hot dog

Never Open - claim to be open intermittently while under repair, been past. I check whenever I am by there and they are never open. Stay away.

My husband and i stopped in saturday and ordered pit dip and brisket sandwich and they were delicious, tender and he said the best beans he ever had. Thank you

Last Friday night I ordered several items for takeout. Upon arriving at the restaurant 30 minutes later for pickup the woman at the counter told me half of the items I had ordered were out of stock. So instead of calling me upon receiving my order to tell me they couldn't fulfill it they just waited until I arrived to pick it up.I asked for a refund and was told I would have to call the next day to speak to a manager, which I did. He told me he couldn't find the order slip from my order (I gave him my order number) and that he would have to talk to the owner to get me my refund. A week later, nothing.Terrible customer service and no action from management. No refund after over a week. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR BBQ.

Out of almost everything, Mac n cheese, potatoes, kielbasa, etc. The fries weren't drained (also had to wait longer for those), meat was dry and fatty. Onion straws tasted like gas! Good thing they close early today....

Horrible customer service came in to pick up an order for a customer, and the person at the front has awful customer service waited in the store for 15 minutes so that he could tell me they were out of the item the customer requested and asked How long for the order? His response was I could only do one thing at a time “I need to help the customers in line”, mind you; I was there before any of the customers. I won't be visiting this restaurant, thanks to that horrible service. It was the short white man that worked in front. I've been here before, and the other workers are great, but this guy is just giving the restraint a bad name

I've tried several times to order from here. It never works out because they're always out of something or they closed early for some reason. When I finally was able to order delivery from them, the meats were completely dried out. I will not order from this place again.

So I bought a Groupon that said 10 for 20 and stil basically paid 20 for the meal so they get over on you and you’re paying 2x don’t use Groupon I spoke to the owner he needless to say ignorant and couldn’t understand what I was saying he said basically just to get customers in and thinking you’re getting a deal and it’s not however I’m gonna use it out camphill where it’s done correctly

This place was horrible, will not recommend to anyone and will never go back. We order pulled pork plate with fries and a brisket sandwich. The pork was undercooked and cold. Had to force myself to eat a few bites to not waste the complete $26 we spent. The fries were undercooked and had a nasty seasoning on them as well as they didn't have ketchup for them. The brisket was not brisket at all and was very dry and cold. The bread that came with the meal was so hard it could have broken a tooth and was utterly disgusting. The BBQ sauce was dry and cold. It was literally one of the worst experiences I've had, expected much more from a BBQ place and will make sure to choose and tell everyone to choose mission BBQ if they want good BBQ bc this place deserves negative stars.
ordered two pork sandwich combos and 6 ribs. we both got french fries which were under cooked, my baked beans were hard and the main part the sandwich was down right un edible, every bit was hard ends. I even had to ask if they gave me the hard ends and she said no. I got two bites worth of chewable pork. The ribs were good though, it was our first time there and will be our last.

I've been to Corkey's (in memphis), Jackstacks (in KCMO) and Mission BBQ locally. And a few others odd and end BBQs places like SonniesDickeys is literally the worse BBQ place I have ever been to. A dollar menu Wendy's Burger honestly tastes better and juicer than their meats.Dickeys is the quessential "never do this" equation of how to run a BBQ place.I have no idea what they're doing wrong but it's not just one local Dickeys. It's like all of em. One day they may do well and the next day they'll try to rip you off selling 15 dollar slimjims that's suppose to be something elseThey honestly need complete new management from the top down and real cooks with a passion to BBQ

Beans were not cooked at all ….. how are baked beans crunchy ??? What a giant waste of money …. Everything that we ordered was bad … cabbage slaw no taste no flavor , brisket was all fatty no bark no smoked taste , pulled pork was consistency of what appeared to be shredded cat food …. Kielbasa I we chewy. 1 star because I can not give it a zero ….. I should have drove 3 minutes down the road to the mission bbq. Live an learn

Literally stuck a pan of frozen Stouffers mac and cheese in the oven right in front of me. Most likely purchased at Walmart next door. Won't be going back again for that lmao

If you place an order online. You kind of expect the food to be done when you get there instead of having people trying to figure out where the heck your food is and/or just starting to make it. However, the burnt tips were amazing and the three meat plate was a great deal.
