I've been a regular customer at this Domino's location, but my last two experiences have been disappointing. The app, while functional for ordering, fails when trying to check in for car-side pickup or picking up inside.
Unfortunately, the customer service has also been subpar. Furthermore, I've received thin crust pizzas that were overcooked, tasting more like cardboard than baked crust.
Management: Please improve your overall service and food quality to regain customer satisfaction.

The pizza is usually made to order and still hot. Not tonight. When I arrived, I saw two girls putting pineapple on a pizza already cooked in a box and pushing it down with an aluminum pan. It turned out to be my pizza. I also asked for extra sauce, not even a normal amount was put on the pizza. Such a disappointment.
I ordered a pizza online like I’ve always done money was taking out my account app said pizza was delivered. Pizza was NEVER delivered they gave me the round around saying it’s because they don’t deliver to my address. I called the dominoes that does deliver to my address and they tried to charge me AGAIN for something I already paid for, for my kids.
