I’m a regular here and it’s usually fine but tonight I went to order a pizza but ended up getting attitude instead. I was ordering on the phone and when I had asked about which size he rang it in for , he set the phone down and muttered to his coworkers about being “done” He wouldn’t let me finish ordering and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional… really wanted dominos had to order Pizza Hut. Won’t be returning

Pictures provided. Worked here for 8 months, never called off, never came in late and even got them their FIRST 5 star inspection. Just got fired because I came in early, which they never informed me was against policy. Now the owners daughter runs most of the shifts and her pizzas look like crap. The only other managers they have are 17 years old! Sad they fire all the good employees to make room for the owners kids. Also, they leave the food truck sit out for OVER 5 HOURS before refrigerating and the veggies are over 40° when they finally get put away. Food is not safe to eat anymore. They prep Pan Pizzas in dirty pans because the drivers don't like to clean them at night. They also use expired dough for days after it has expired. Like I said it is no longer safe to eat the food there.

I had a terrible experience with a manager named Amy at this location. They had been out of salads and i wasn’t made aware of this once my order was dropped off because on my app it said i was being charged for a salad so i gave enough money for the salad. When i called the store realizing i didn’t have a salad the employee told me that the manager was supposed to call me but they didn’t. When i spoke to the manager she was very nonchalant about the whole situation and took the salad off my bill after i had already paid in cash but then told me that she took it off BEFORE i paid which she didn’t because even the delivery driver didn’t know. Then once we got to an agreement of a voucher for my money that i feel was stolen from me she told me she doesn’t even know when it will be given to me because her boss doesn’t check the managers book. I don’t blame the driver because he couldn’t have known i blame this manager that didn’t do her job and tell me of my missing item and then proceeded to be rude about the whole ordeal especially when i am a regular customer at this dominos. This was such a rude and unprofessional experience.

Literally ordered pizza at 8 o’clock. Called at 9 o’clock to check on delivery. Guy tells me my card didn’t go through. I tell him I got notified of charge. Then he tells me my order was there and then tells me it can’t be delivered because it’s out of their range. I told him it’s a lie because we had delivery before. End of story. Dominoes get better help. Guy that took my order sounded like he was on drugs. Asked for my card number 3 times.

I ordered the Mac &cheese from this store they gave one scoop of noodles and burnt cheese it was no cheese in it the sauce tasted old and I have order from others store and it was nothing like this ridiculous sad ? and then it was pick up nobody to my car c-side really I had to go in the store to get it like

If there was a negative number for a review this place would be -5. I have never been treated with the level of disrespect, attitude and sheer lack of human decency as I was today by Brittany. She single handed has guaranteed I will never order from this Dominoes again. She should not be in the customer service industry, she does not understand the concept. Please investigate to why she doesn't think she has to be respectful to the customers at her job. Obviously, she has been doing this for a while and the owner has accepted her attitude. The food was definitely wrong. The bacon pizza was overcooked and cut wrong. The pepperoni was undercooked and cut wrong. The breadstick bites were missing their paid marinara sauce. The cinnamon sticks were missing the icing. So let's recap. I ordered a very basic domino's order excited to try the new york style. I was treated like a piece of garbage, not a paying customer. I didn't do anything wrong either. I was just simply treated like crap by this employee for her own purposes. Like why doesn't she act like a normal pizza girl? What is her deal? Why not just get another job that you like? Then, the food was basically garbage. The breadstick bites were good, but they forgot the sauce. So, tell me as a customer. Why in a million years would I spend money that I make to support a business that does not meet their end of the expectations. And instead leaves me frustrated, upset and makes my day worse. Nobody would go back and want to experience this again. So, why is Domino's being represented this poorly by this particular store and why does this employee think she can just be as rude as she wants to be? Just a waste of money.

I don’t order from here much but when I do… it’s not worth it. Today we got the order almost 2 hours late and after several phone calls, the pizzas that finally came didn’t even have any of the toppings. Cmon man. We weren't rude and the staff wasn’t either, it’s just not a good service.

Order a med pissa today with three toppings. To much sauce and very salty.. Just could not eat anymore of it. It was deliverd.

Order clearly says veggie pizza with no spinach. However our pizza has not only spinach but becon pieces and cheese not even melted. On calling to the store manger, instead of apologizing she was rude to me. This store disappointed earlier too but I kept ignoring but this is the limit.
