Absolutely horrible pizza. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. Crust was hard and just terrible. I would of got better pizza out of a box. I been wanting to order from here. First and last time I’ll be there. Than I had a local flavor fro 20.00 of food for 10.00. Than I got told I couldn’t use the coupon but they’d give me a discount. Just HORRIBLE!!!

I ordered a Supreme pizza and crabby chicken wings. I actually liked the crabby wings, because it was different flavor. The pizza was the worst pizza I have had. There was barely any sauce and I even asked for extra. The toppings were pepperoni, onions, olives, and cheese. I always think of a Supreme pizza having ham, sausage, onion, g. pepper, olives, and pepperoni. The pictures on the website of the pizzas are the opposite of what I got.

Wish I could write a review with ZERO stars. My family and I drove over 30 mins to visit this establishment, only to find out that they do not except "local flavor" deals Thursday-Sunday. ( No where on the deal does it stated that ) The young women at the front desk has ZERO customer service skills. I asked to speak to a manager but after waiting 10 minutes and having to ask again the rude young women again she stated that he was too busy. I would NOT recommend to a friend. I have submitted a formal complaint to LOCAL FLAVOR directly in attempts to get my money back. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED.

Was there on Thursday March 12th for All you can Eat slices and wings. Worst dining experience ever. We wete there from 5:30-7pm . In that time we got an initial order of 2 slices and 5 wings each. We never received more food as " The kitchen was backed up" Someone in our party also had chicken tenders that were served cold and rubbery. We paid $43.00 for 5 tenders and a fry, 4 slices and 10 wings and weren't even offered a discount. TERRIBLE

My husband and I stopped at Doughy B’s for lunch recently and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and meals. Our waitress was wonderful , We especially enjoy their posts displaying the many different menu items; makes you salivate just checking them out. I recommend this place for an enjoyable meal and it’s very family friendly !

Tried to eat there twice now, both times waited and waited. Another table walked out before us, because of slow service. We walked out Twice now... never got to eat there, and apparently never will.

Disgusting food and service. Wings were dry when dropped on plate sounded like a rock, burger meat dry, pizza dry and the stromboli was watery! called right away and they said the only thing to do was replace the food and drive all the way back into the city to get it replaced... when this was our food why would we ever eat there again. Owner was alerted and has since blocked all comments about this service. So sad and disappointing this happened from a small business who relays on their customers. I've contacted the BBB about the refusal to refund us

I'd really like this review to be more stars. But sometimes the delivery service is quite frustrating. Tonight I ordered a pizza online at 6:34pm. Get an expected delivery time of 7:19pm. Get a text at 6:51pm stating my order is ready. 7:40pm comes around and no food. I call in and am told "she's on her way." Pizza finally gets here at 7:52pm. It's cold. Because it's been out of the oven for an hour. The frustrating part is that it is really good pizza and would have been great if it was warm even a little bit. I've had other deliveries from here get delivered very fast, and others a few to several minutes after the stated delivery window. So if you order delivery it is a roll of the dice if your food is going to be hot when you get it.IF you do get hot food, it's excellent. Subs, bolis, and pizza are all very good. If you do order from here I suggest going to pick it up. Delivery - 2 starsTake out - 5 starsNow, if you'll excuse me, I have to warm up my delivered pizza in the oven. The pizza I ordered because I did not feel like cooking tonight.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza here a couple months ago. It was awesome. It was loaded with toppings and very tasty. I actually got 3 meals out of it. I couldn't wait to order here again. Now I'm so disappointed. Decided to try the Hawaiian pizza. It was the same price as the meat lovers. Got it home and opened the box to the worst looking pizza I ever seen. This was a large pizza. It had about a 10" circle of cheese in the center. No cheese on the outer 3 to 4 inches. It had 12 small pieces of deli ham in the center and a tablespoon of crumbled bacon in the dead center. I few pineapple tidbits spread around. I guess it all matters who is working. I won't take my chances any more and I'll never go back.

Was a good place when it first opened. Heard about it from a friend i visited near there. But food quality sank. The new employees were incredibly rude and egotistical. I was at a friends apartment that is above the restaurant having a show night and it was 10:30 pm and music was blasting so loud that everyone came out if their rooms and wondered what was going on. I think its extremely disrespectful. My friend also went to a thing called wing night and twice his wings were undercooked and cause an illness. Very gross place with no respect never eating their food again. Pizza also is undercooked and does not fall off the plate like real pizza should. World famous? No more like world famous a** tasting.

We were the only table in there for over an hour and we waited over 20 minutes for refills even though the waitress said she would get it as soon as she had time which was interesting how she didn’t due to us being the only ones there...and then when it came to paying our bills she brought out one girls bill but needed help from a manager on mine & another one of my friends bill which also took way longer than it should have. While my friends & I were waiting way longer than we should have for drinks and our bills that apparently needed to be fixed by a manager our waitress was too busy standing at the front walk in counter on her phone with another employee.

Since this was our first time here at Doughy B's, we took advantage of the local flavor deal, that allowed us to purchase $20 with of food for $10. Their pizza here is very good. I would say the closes to Brooklyn New York pizza I've had in awhile. Great taste. Waiter was very nice, not sure what her name was because she never told us. Just a little advice that she can take. Always tell your customers your name, so next time they can ask for you. But we will be back.
