I always come to this location. Im not sure who was taking orders at the window this morning but he once again got my sandwich wrong. The fact it happened twice by the same guy. It makes me not want to order and just leave to go somewhere else instead when he tries to take my order. If im paying a lot of money to come here then I should get what I order. He didn't give a receipt so i dont know if he over charged me for either time. There is usually a woman who takes orders at the window but she hasnt been there recently. She is really good at her job she knows what she is doing. I dont know what her name is. A different time recently someone else took my drink order but when I got to the window to pay and get my drink. The woman at window couldn't find it when she went to give it me because no one had even made it.

Shame on how this Dunkin an how its ran why is there only one employee on a FRIDAY!!! I left and came back and the boy was still doing orders that were flooding in I called today to see why he was by himself to find out that’s how they run their location SHAME ON YOU and give those employees a raise it was hard watching him running around he did a great job I think a higher up should go back there and do it by themselves and see how it feels boy with blonde hair and whole arm tattoo did amazing Dunkin was wrong for that. I left with no coffee and feeling bad for a Dunkin employee

On 6/24 at 10am Iwent to get a coffee and I noticed that the customer in front of me had order a little box and the person on the window handled her the box with gloves on and handled the payment. Then it was my time to pay at the window. I noticed that he was handling food and cheese and eggs and bread with the same gloves and then he took my payment with the same gloves. I work in an environment that will not allow for something like that to happen there.There was zero concern for contamination or dirty food. Thank God I ordered coffee only.

Got on here to specifically give props to Adeline, for the past couple of years I come to this location and Adeline without question gives the best customer service of any dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. There's never once been a mistake with any order and everything always comes out quickly. And being an exhausted mom of a 1-year-old and a 3 year old I feel special and at home when she calls me Mama and Sweetheart 😊

Visited 5 times a week until October 2024. Zero visits since. Never heard from the owner after the staff refused to brew a proper tasting coffee. So, they lose a 5 visit a week customer. Pathetic.

This location seems like they actually care about getting your order right and the upkeep of the restaurant. The team seems to work well together and have good internal communication. They are quick and efficient and always get my orders right even if I add or subtract elements. Very satisfied.
i have been going to dunkin everyday for over 5 years including holidays. i’ve been to every dunkin in york & consistently have problems. this dunkin is so superior compared to the rest! the employees are kind and the drinks are amazing!!! and they are actually made correctly. this is my new everyday dunkin!

Absolutely rude man at the drive thru this morning. I didn’t want any ice and would have to pay an additional $1 absurd. Customer service is always crappy when he’s at the drive thru vs the Latina woman. I haven’t been to this location in months as soon as I heard him on the microphone I should have drove off. He is not suited for customer service. Find someone else to run the drive thru.
