I always come to this location. Im not sure who was taking orders at the window this morning but he once again got my sandwich wrong. The fact it happened twice by the same guy. It makes me not want to order and just leave to go somewhere else instead when he tries to take my order. If im paying a lot of money to come here then I should get what I order. He didn't give a receipt so i dont know if he over charged me for either time. There is usually a woman who takes orders...

Got on here to specifically give props to Adeline, for the past couple of years I come to this location and Adeline without question gives the best customer service of any dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. There's never once been a mistake with any order and everything always comes out quickly. And being an exhausted mom of a 1-year-old and a 3 year old I feel special and at home when she calls me Mama and Sweetheart 😊

This location seems like they actually care about getting your order right and the upkeep of the restaurant. The team seems to work well together and have good internal communication. They are quick and efficient and always get my orders right even if I add or subtract elements. Very satisfied.
