Very rude workers working drive thru. Got my order wrong and tried to blame me.

This specific Dunkin' Donuts is probably my new favorite. The staff is amazing and has never had an attitude or rude behaviors towards me. When I walked inside, I noticed some workers tidying up the place which shows they want a clean atmosphere for customers. I had a minor issue with my drink once, but I didn’t mention it because it wasn’t a super big deal. Another issue I have is when I’m trying to walk inside about an hour before closing and their doors are locked. There isn’t any dining hours listed and I think it would be helpful to me and many others if there would be a schedule for that.

My rating is five stars because I always receive great service when I come here as a customer. However, one of the main reasons why I am rating in a general stance is because an employee went above and beyond for me one day, her name is Kylie. I am pregnant and I need decaf coffee, So I cannot have caffeine coffee however I forgot and it was my fault that I didn’t say decaf when I ordered it. Kylie still reassured me that she’ll make a fresh drink for me and she’ll make sure that it’s decaf and remember me as a customer the next time I come in since I am forgetful. She doesn’t have to do that but she did out of the kindness of her heart and her professionalism. Kylie deserves a raise!!

Would not recommend. Traditionally. This was a decent location but unfortunately due to them hiring poor staff they always seem to mess orders up. They overcharged me and failed at making my drink three times. Tried to blame it on me but the drink only comes one way. Learn to do your job.

Always clean, always fast, and the food and drinks are always on point. Drive-up is always busy, but they move very quickly.
Parking: Getting in can be slightly difficult if it is busy, but otherwise very easy.

Despite being busy a lot of times where the drive thru line wraps around to the street; the staff have always been super efficient and it moves quickly. I have never had issues with incorrect orders during rush times and this location has been fantastic.

Employees had headphones in, I had to repeat myself multiple times, my frozen drink did not have mocha drizzle on the cup, AND they made my cold brew with cream and sugar when I did not ask for that. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This was all after 6pm.

For months they continued to make the order wrong. I have asked for less pumps of sweetener and dairy and each time they get it wrong. I have been very patient since I am sure they have a high turnover but decided to go someplace else for the occasional iced coffee. They do not follow order instructions. What a shame!
