Went there tonight, the girl working the drive thru dropped donuts and paper on the floor; she picked it up and put it on the counter. Using the same hand to pick out more donuts. Should have thrown it in the trash. She also did not have gloves on... gross!!!!

I have rarely ever had my order made correctly. It’s absolutely ridiculous . Twice in the last month or two alone when I ordered a buttered breakfast sandwich it’s just been a buttered bagel.. burnt, hard as a rock with no meat, egg , or cheese as asked. The bagels are often super stale… even at 09:30 while I’m writing this review. It’s absolutely unacceptable . The lines are long which is beyond me since their food preparation is proper garbage . Don’t even think about asking for extra cream cheese on a bagel… they’ll still give you the bare minimum .. regardless of the fact you’re paying extra. I am at my wits end. At this point I may as well go up 30 for DD or spend twice as much at Starbucks for something I actually asking for.

Stopped here 2/21/24 at 7:15 pm to purchase a gift card and a 1/2 dozen donuts. Sitting right behind the register the girl had an XL industrial garbage can with food and smudges all over the outside of the can. On top of the can she had a tray of donuts teetering on the top. I noticed the can and assumed they were throwing out stale food. I placed my order and the girl turns around and proceeds to pull donuts off the try to put into my box. I stop her and say why are you pulling donuts for customers off a trash can, they've touched the trash they should now be IN the trash. She proceeded to laugh. I asked for the manager and was told there wasn't one there and no one was in charge. Sorry but that's absolutely disgusting. If they do that image what you don't see. I'll never buy food from there again

Stopped there for the first time today,got a dozen donuts that were put in a box with no paper on the bottom,donuts were stale,tasted like they were made with old flour,and made a few days ago .

Items ring up higher than what the drive thru sign says. Manager wouldn’t lower to the advertised price. employee said “I just work here I don’t make the prices.” TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad business to overcharge and refuse to correct YOUR mistakes. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Coffee and food is good. The iced Coffee tastes weak but hot Coffee or the Latte and Expresso drinks are good. Make sure to sign-up for the mobile app because of specials that it offers. Iced Coffee is why I rated 4 stars otherwise would be 5.
