Picked up my coffee right before work and when I went to go drink it 2 minutes after I got it and it was wrong so I called them to ask if I could get it remade and the manager hung up on me 3 times while I was mid sentence. I even heard her tell the employee to tell me there was no manager there. I wasn't even that upset about it until the disgusting interaction I had with the manager. If you're in dire need of coffee-you might as well go across the street and get Starbucks. It's more expensive but at least they're polite and get drinks right.

Their food is okay but they’re very slow and also they mess up the orders very often. My friend got given a DIRTY fork and my other friend didn’t even get her drink, and asked for a refund because they said the machine was broken and they said no refund or replacements. They gave me the complete wrong order as well.

I wouldn’t apply to this location. They asked me to go in for an interview but the manager wasn’t even there to do my interview? and everyone there could barely speak english. and I sat there for 30+ mins and then a employee finally walked out and asked for my info then told me to call the manager later on. after they told me that the manager was going to be coming to the place to talk to me. that’s very unprofessional if you want more employees.

This dunkin is normally good but today they gave me a donut that had to be at least two days old. It was as hard as a rock and was clearly not fresh. Really surprised me and kinda makes me not wanna go to that one
