The avocado toast wasn't toasted very hard, but tasted burnt. Ordered iced coffee but it came out hot. They did change it when asked. Imo Dunkin' has gone downhill in the past year, as far as their food is concerned. Not sure why, but it's been this way at several different locations.

Picked up my coffee right before work and when I went to go drink it 2 minutes after I got it and it was wrong so I called them to ask if I could get it remade and the manager hung up on me 3 times while I was mid sentence. I even heard her tell the employee to tell me there was no manager there. I wasn't even that upset about it until the disgusting interaction I had with the manager. If you're in dire need of coffee-you might as well go across the street and get Starbucks. It's more expensive but at least they're polite and get drinks right.

Their food is okay but they’re very slow and also they mess up the orders very often. My friend got given a DIRTY fork and my other friend didn’t even get her drink, and asked for a refund because they said the machine was broken and they said no refund or replacements. They gave me the complete wrong order as well.
