You know. I think I am done with Dunkin. I hate hopes for this one but now it's joined the ranks of failings and disappointments. I asked for a medium hot toasted white chocolate latte. They come to the window with a large iced something. It's fine, I'll wait for the correct order. I pull up to wait and then the guy asked me to clarify the order and he comes back immediately with my drink. Great, right? I live less than ten minutes away and the coffee is luke warm headed to cold. Exactly how long ago was this drink made for it to taste like it's been sitting for an hour. I'm just done. I don't have a microwave. I can't even heat it up. I'm going to seven brew from now on. I don't even need the donuts.

This Dunkin is a great place to stop! Not only is the location convenient, the ownership there is very nice to deal with. I had a coupon for a free offer but neglected to order it prior to getting to the window but they still honored the coupon for me :). They didn’t have to do that but it was very kind of them to do so !

Not sure how they can serve food that's still frozen on the inside and literally burned on the outside. Also, the donuts are complete garbage and not as high quality as they used to be.

I go to this location frequently and every time it’s always something. From wrong order to burnt hash browns. But what’s annoying the most is the cashier in drive thru in the morning is terrible. She never speaks to you when you pull up. She just stares and says nothing. And constantly messing orders up.

Are used to really enjoy this Duncan… But I’ve gone there twice in the last week and the first time I had to wait in the drive-through for 20 minutes making me late for work and the second time I tried asking the cashier if she could check and see if a mobile order came through. That was the exact same as the order I had just placed in the drive-through and, because nobody there speaks great she thought that meant that I wanted to order two of what I ordered at the drive-through and charged me for two coffees… Which I had to wait for because I had to wait for the second one and apparently there was not a manager on duty that could refund me. so I will not be stopping at Dunkin anymore. Two bad experiences is all it takes for someone to just never come back FYI.

For the third time I d ordered a Midnight and they gave me a regular. Going back to the Cape Horn store where service is much more reliable.

This Dunkin specifically is the WORST! They take forever, are about as unfriendly as one could be to another for no reason. This morning I ordered a dozen donuts and picked my own assortment. I ordered 3 different kinds and was guilted for choosing too many of one kind... not while ordering where I could've changed it if I knew it was an issue but when I got to the window. The owner then hands me my sandwich and didn't say a word, just gave me an angry stare. Third strike for me here, won't be back.

I am so upset with Duncan as they used to carry French crawlers. And now they no longer carry it and the quality of the donut is not there as it used to be this is a shame because I just like maple donuts with a passion they are the worst donuts in the world. What do we have left if Duncan goes out of business
