I've given this particular Dunkin store several chances but will not be going back there anymore. The owner has an unpleasant, unpersonable demeanor. The final straw for me was when I ordered the maple bacon breakfast sandwich. It was absolutely the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life. It was cold & it had an odd flavor to it. The bagel tasted like unseasoned poultry. I have no idea why that would be but it was gross. There was hardly any bacon or maple syrup on it. I've had this same sandwich at other Dunkin locations & it was delicious. With several other Dunkin locations in the area, there is no need to patronize this location. In fact, I'd drive out of my way to avoid this particular location. This location needs to do better.

I watched a young lady who was a staff member drop my cup on the floor and still use it to make my latte. That’s completely unhygienic and unacceptable. At the very least, a new cup should have been used. It makes me question whether all customers are treated the same way, or if some get better service than others. This experience was disappointing and has made me lose trust in this location.

GHOST'S WIFE
My husband got a hot coffee and his cup leaked from the bottom. He also got a sausage egg and cheese English muffin and took a couple bites and there was at least 4 strans of human hair in his sandwich. Needless to say what was left which was half went out the window on 83. And my coffee was suppose to be 10 & 10 and it barely had any sugar in it. This place being fairly new is shitty

Sometimes I go here for a coffee in the morning. Decided to try one of the new braided apple pies, only to my surprise, I found splotches of mold inside of it! This is my first and last time getting one of their pastries!

The people who own dunkin' donuts they are nice and polite but the people they have working for them a rude and my coffee is always lukewarm I have to ask him to always rewarming and they don't like that but overall the people on the place or nice

I went there to grab a coffee and doughnut with my gift card I received from my son. After the purchase the young lady at the register said my card was now empty. I trusted her until I realized I haven’t used the 20 dollar gift card. I went back ( lucky not far from me ) I was told they can’t help me bc I threw away my receipt. Fortunately I still had my cup with a QR code on it. After pulling teeth I was refunded the next day. I received no apology or a kind gesture. They lost my business.

You know. I think I am done with Dunkin. I hate hopes for this one but now it's joined the ranks of failings and disappointments. I asked for a medium hot toasted white chocolate latte. They come to the window with a large iced something. It's fine, I'll wait for the correct order. I pull up to wait and then the guy asked me to clarify the order and he comes back immediately with my drink. Great, right? I live less than ten minutes away and the coffee is luke warm headed to cold. Exactly how long ago was this drink made for it to taste like it's been sitting for an hour. I'm just done. I don't have a microwave. I can't even heat it up. I'm going to seven brew from now on. I don't even need the donuts.

This Dunkin is a great place to stop! Not only is the location convenient, the ownership there is very nice to deal with. I had a coupon for a free offer but neglected to order it prior to getting to the window but they still honored the coupon for me :). They didn’t have to do that but it was very kind of them to do so !

Not sure how they can serve food that's still frozen on the inside and literally burned on the outside. Also, the donuts are complete garbage and not as high quality as they used to be.
