The last 2 visits I've made to this location I've asked for a 10pc of munchkins with ONLY chocolate and glazed. Each time they've gotten my order wrong and I've gotten blueberry and glazed. I even told the guy at the window what was wrong with my order the second time and they still got it wrong. Pay attention to detail people.

I wish I could say better. I love Baskin Robbins, and I don't believe this reflects on the business as a whole. However, this location sucks. The guy who served us was the only redeeming factor of this place. The owner puts ice chunks in the ice cream to make it go further. I did complain and the guy quickly gave me another scoop. Also, they gave us a long container, but didn't have the long spoons that you need to go with them. Avoiding this location in the future.

🤮Worst place I've been in years. It appeared that two 16 yr. olds were running the place. They were very rude and didn't really want to wait on anyone. If I ever go back in that place it will be under new management.

I’m only leaving this review because I happened to see some really nasty reviews that seemed unwarranted if my experience was anything to go by. I have only one trip there to go by as I happened by on an early morning trip that took me by. The young lady who waited on me was as personable as could be, the coffee was hot, the donuts seemed amply stocked and the place seemed bright and clean. Wonder how much of these really horrible reviews are just people who bring negative energy with them regardless of where they go

Worst experience I've had my wife and I spent 10 minutes at the counter after standing there waiting for 10 minutes they take my order order order two dark roast coffees you hear them doing everything next thing you know I get my coffee 5 minutes later after the order took a drink and it was ice cold went back inside and let them know that I ordered hot coffee not iced coffee an employee got very ignorant and very smart and told me why can't I just take it and put it in the microwave to warm it up I don't know what the employee's name was only thing I know is they wore a bodysuit which bodysuits one out in the 80s she was sitting there touching her private areas in front of other customers and also making fun of other customers when they came in the door her and the other employee both that is the most uncalled for and unprofessional environment I have ever been to I am never going to this Duncan again I give it to lowest rating I have ever found if I can go lower I would

Baker and I actually live and work here in York, PA and this Dunkin is the best one, especially, because of Jayden(Sorry, if I misspelled your name!) She is always friendly, kind and SUPER fast with my orders and she deserves a raise, a gift card, better yet....how about a promotion management! She is a keeper for sure!

Do NOT go to this Dunkin in the evening. Got there around 8:20 pm on Sunday....they are supposed to be open till 9. Exterior lights off, drive thru completely dark, making it very difficult to find when you're not familiar with the area. I pulled up and a female voice asks, 'oh my goodness what do you want'. I replied I had a mobile order and was asked to pull forward. Get to the window and a male hands my drink out, apologizing for his coworker as he did. And to top it off, the got the coffee wrong. Totally didn't put the shot of espresso. What a joke. Maybe hire some capable people who aren't high at work!

Thee manager Cassidy has no manners!!! I walked in & I did not feel welcomed stale personality, like she did not want to serve me ( maybe cuz I'm African) as if she doesn't wanna work there. No greetings, just rude stares at me.... I won't be going there again till she's gone I hope nobody African goes to this Dunkin either

Every time I come here I get the perfect coffee. They make it wonderful every single time. The staff is super efficient and friendly. I am in and out every morning within 3min. I live closer to a different Dunkin' but specifically come here because they make my drink perfect. 10/10

I ordered my sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Bagel isn't toasted and it's hard. Cheese isn't melted. Sausage is Luke warm at best. At least the egg is hot. She hands me my coffee, but the lid isn't secure. So it pops off and I've got hot coffee, running down my arm. Arm is bright red. Luckily I have nerve damage already, so I don't feel the burning coffee. Cashier doesn't apologize. Turns to the other girl, makes a comment. Closes window. I will never go there again. I will tell everyone about this Dunkin donuts. In case you need to be warned. Skinny girl, about 18. In serious need of a dentist.
