I went there recently and there was a small hard object in my breakfast wrap and they put a bunch of sugar in my iced coffee when i asked for: No sugar and only one creamer

i ordered two loaded hashbrowns, an everything bagel with VEGGIE cream cheese and paid for extra cream cheese on the side. i got two REGULAR hash browns, my bagel is burnt with REGULAR cream cheese and they didn’t give me the extra cream cheese that i paid for.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts location a few times, and unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff always seem irritated and unfriendly, as if serving customers is an inconvenience. No greetings, no smiles—just cold attitudes and rushed service.

I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when it’s every visit, it starts to feel like part of the culture here. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. I’ll be taking my coffee business elsewhere until there’s some improvement in how customers are treated.

I had ordered a latte with an extra expresso shot, it does not look as I’ve ordered previously at multiple different Dunkin’s. There are 5 people working at the back with rarely any customers. We stood for a good 15 minutes waiting for our order before they had to ask what we ordered. There was a customer in front of us that also got fed up and had to go himself as well. It looks like regular coffee and not latte with no foam. Did not put extra shot as I requested. The staff does not know what they are doing and confused. Probably need more training.

Ordered large hot coffee with extra cream and carmel syrup Snaking bacon had to repeat snaking bacon because the drive through person thought I said hash browns Got cold snacking bacon as in room temp. I had to wait for coffee...5 mins later handed large ice coffee no carmel syrup The Dunkin on RICHLAND is way better, the Rt 30/ Loucks Rd was within my travel for the day.

I have gone here for years. The last couple months the service on Rt30 is awful. No large cups yesterday...no Stuffed croissants today. I dont know if it has changed owners or what but they certainly are disorganized. You wait in the drive thru line forever. Won't be going back there for awhile.

I come here each morning before work use to be a breeze to get in and out now you sit in drive thru for about 20 mins before moving one car length up mobile order they are all about to keep line moving I mobile order every morning just one drink and still sit 20 to 30 mins half the time I get here line is onto Pennsylvania Ave so I have to go inside and get my order and wait there as well for about 10 to 15 mins I will not come to this one any longer
