I come here each morning before work use to be a breeze to get in and out now you sit in drive thru for about 20 mins before moving one car length up mobile order they are all about to keep line moving I mobile order every morning just one drink and still sit 20 to 30 mins half the time I get here line is onto Pennsylvania Ave so I have to go inside and get my order and wait there as well for about 10 to 15 mins I will not come to this one any longer

The staff was more worried about group chats. The didn't even know what they had left. Gave me half my order. I waited another 5 min stand at the counter before someone asked if I needed something. Then half cooked my order. The place is dirty. Really need to do some training and cleaning

When we walked in, at 5:10 pm, there were several workers and none of them greeted us nor asked for our order for over two minutes. The person who took our order was nice enough but messed up one of the coffees and had to pour another.
The donuts were small and not fresh. Plenty of donuts leftover late in the day verses Maple Donuts, who had been sold out of most of their donuts, hence the only reason we came to Dunkin’.
The floor and tables do not seem to be very well cleaned making for a less than desirable eat-in option.

Put an order in at wrong location and soon as the payment went through I tried giving the store a call to see if it was possible to cancel order instead of having to drive over 20 minutes away. I called 5 times and NO ONE answered the phone. Do better…

I ordered two iced coffees and I tasted nothing but pure sugar they didn’t put the amount of creamers I asked for and every time I go it’s just always something wrong with my order. Unacceptable!!

Told the woman who made my drinks that they looked exactly the same even though I ordered one with oatmilk for a dairy allergy. She told me she made them herself and she knows it’s oatmilk. I took it and trusted her. They were both dairy. 100%. They were both the same flavor as well even though I ordered different to help differentiate even further.

Every time I go through the drive through with my sisters we get treated with disrespect especially by this one employee I don’t know her name but she’s very rude. They always make my sisters drink wrong and I love dunkin but I hate this one.
