This staff needs training severely. The man in the drive thru, who said his name was Martez does not speak. Did not say hello or confirm my order. He handed me the wrong items, then after I let him know he still did not give me all my food. I had to go back. Also, he hands every item out individually, slowing down the line. There is no reason to give someone a drink then make them wait while you go find a straw, this was done with every car in front of me. For service this slow you expect the orders to be coming out correctly.

We stopped here in desperate need of coffees and a dessert to bring to a family get together. They have a baskin robbins there so they have on the go ice cream cakes including something called a ice cream pizza. Unfortunately please be aware there are a few self centered customers who wont let you access any sugar/ creamer.

There are certain Dunkin Donuts in the area that refuse to put cold foam on hot coffee when I know very well that other Dunkin' Donuts do it. This is why you're getting a two-star review. Not cool.
