This staff needs training severely. The man in the drive thru, who said his name was Martez does not speak. Did not say hello or confirm my order. He handed me the wrong items, then after I let him know he still did not give me all my food. I had to go back. Also, he hands every item out individually, slowing down the line. There is no reason to give someone a drink then make them wait while you go find a straw, this was done with every car in front of me. For service this slow you expect the orders to be coming out correctly.

honestly not good. food was just ok and the manager was very disrespectful for absolutely no reason. was very rude when asked how her day was and responded with "fine" with an attitude, then proceeded to NOT give back a refund. completely made black coffee instead of the tea that was ordered then got mad when she was told the drink was wrong. proceeded to talk very poorly to other workers abt the situation then takes the newly made drink and shoves it. hope corporate takes action to this lady because she was VERY rude.

Rude unprofessional and I feel bad for the owners letting there establishment get run that way I'll never go to that store again to get lied to and be talked to with disrespect. Refused to even give me their names or there actual store number.
This was an absolutely horrendous experience. Went to pick up doughnuts and a drink that was previously paid for with the receipt on my phone and was told I could not get what was paid for. Manager and staff obviously didn’t know what they were doing and took zero accountability for their mistake. Used to be an every day customer and will never be returning.

I just moved into the area and started to come to this dunkin, ordering the same drink everytime. Unfortunately, it was a guessing game if it was good or not. Today is my last visit to this place which is sad to say as a former dunkin employee. The other day I ordered my drink which is a Iced vanilla cappuccino with blueberry shots and sugar. They accidentally added strawberry shots instead which ended up being a pretty good mistake. I came back today to get my same drink but with strawberry shots instead and the drink was awful. I came back so they can redo my drink explaining the situation and they told me what I asked for “strawberry shots” don’t exist so that’s why my drink turned out bad. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked them to redo my original order with blueberry shots what I have been getting for months. As I pulled up to the window I could hear them talking trash and laughing about this incident again repeating that I sound crazy for what I asked for. I got my new drink, and told them I didn’t want to cause any problems because i’ve gotten this drink so many times and it just wasn’t what I ever gotten before and they again just said what I asked for is unheard of. i went home with my new drink that was a plain latte and still disgusting and told my boyfriend about the situation. He found my drink from yesterday and as you guys will see from the screenshot I was right all along. So around 6 employees decided to clown at a customer for a drink they made the other day and couldn’t even fix there mistake or admit there wrongdoing , so sad there’s a dunkin like this out there. Will be switching to starbucks at least they can have some respect for the customers.

We had a gift card so we decided to go get 2 breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin' Donuts in York Pennsylvania. The people behind the counter spoke very bad broken english, and it was hard to understand them while trying to order my breakfast sandwich. We decided on a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I have to say this is one of the worst breakfast sandwiches that I have ever ate. The croissant was overly toasted, crunchy and burnt. I found 2 small strips of bacon inside the sandwich, which did not look anything like the picture on the menu board of what I ordered. I would have to say I would never eat another breakfast sandwich at Dunkin' Donuts.

Not happy. I ordered avocado toast NO BACON when I checked my order I immediately handed it back and informed I ordered no bacon (I don’t eat meat)the girl at the window took the box and came back shortly said my apologies. So I get back to work and realize it’s the same box same receipt on it so I take it I won’t be refunded the extra charge for bacon. Not only that there is small bacon pieces on my toast you can literally see the dents where the bacon was smh -__- that’s cross contamination you can’t just pick pieces off and hand it to someone you can cause serious damage to someone NOT HAPPY.
