If you like whiskey, you will love it here. 300 types of whiskey from all over the world. I did not have any whisky though. I had the Dijon pork tenderloin. It was amazing!
We met up with friends that we have not seen in 20 years. We sat and talked for a very long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and did not rush us out the door. Great place to hang out, eat, and drink.

Nothing like your staff hanging out in your outdoor seating having profanity laced conversations while their friends are changing diapers in a the dinner area.
Also shout out to the co-owner who made it obvious that we said something. Listening to the comments from the table next door that we dared complain about a poop diaper change 3 feet from my head as dinner was served really rounded out my experience.
We ate here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing and the service top notch. I only gave 4* because they forgot one of the entree dishes (easy fix and our server was very apologetic). Other than that, it was phenomenal. If I lived closer I would definitely eat here more often.
Also, they have a wood-fired pizza oven, so if you're asthmatic, it might aggravate your lungs.

Horrible experience I felt like i was being punked. First off i will say our waitress was nice. She probably did the best she could with what she had. But jesus christ, we ordered at 11:27 and did not get our food until 1pm. that is not my main qualm, I noticed they had a Cured Tuna Niçoise Salad on the menu. I don’t like nicoise but i LOVE cured tuna, so i asked if it would be possible to get cured tuna ala carte. She said yes! over an hour later What was brought to me was canned tuna turned out into a bowl like cat food. i was stunned and asked for clarification, the waitress did ask and this was indeed the “cured tuna” that they put on the Nicoise. I am really appalled they charge such high prices to not even delivery the same type of meat they advertise, a quick google can reveal cured vs canned tuna are not even remotely similar and honestly it was laughable if it wasn’t such a gross switch up. Please don’t list cured if you mean canned. Just ew. The food was not good (I got the lox benedict) but I will say the coffee was great.

Fig and Barrel is a sweet vibe, very rustic and relaxed. They have an EXTENSIVE whiskey menu and a full bar, including tableside smoked drinks so if you are looking for a whiskey cocktail it is a great place to go! The menu itself strikes me as very disjointed. The food is fine, definitely not bad, but not anything to write home about. It seems like they split time between high end styles (duck confit with balsamic glaze & crab devonshire) and pub food (tater tots, grilled cheese, pizza). The service has been mixed in the times I have been there. Sometimes they are great, sometimes pretty rough. I have gone many times though, so I guess they are doing something right🤷♂️. Last thursday of the month they have a great jazz band come in and play which makes the vibe perfect though!

We went for a 4th of July dinner, the food was awesome, and everyone was super nice. We sat outside to hear the fireworks and really enjoyed ourselves. You could easily pay $20 a person, but we got appetizers, entrees, and had 2 drinks each. Be aware that on occasion people drive by with really loud music playing, if sitting outside, and that their normal menu ends at 10pm and then they have a late night bites menu

A very busy restaurant with excellent service and food. I had the tomato bisque with a grilled cheese and duck confit sandwich. It was delicious. We've been back twice since our original stop. The atmosphere is pleasant with an open kitchen and wood fired pizza oven. Will be back there again!

Came in for lunch on a hot Saturday. The service was excellent; our server had great suggestions on drinks and lunch options. We appreciated the details added on the Gluten-Free menu, and how many options there were. We decided on the Rum Punch (best I've ever had) and Watermelon Mojito, plus an omelet for my husband and the Mediterranean Frittata for me. The flavors were great, and portion sizes were very generous, especially given the reasonable prices. The only drawbacks were that the potatoes served with the omelet were a little overcooked, and we thought it was an interesting choice to use sliced link sausage as a filling in the omelet (we were expecting ground). Not bad, just unexpected. But it was a very satisfying experience and we look forward to a return trip when in town.

We had a great Tuesday night date night here! The poutine tots were incredible. Our drinks were the best cocktails we’ve had out (we’ve tried a lot of cockatils)! Great place for espresso martinis and fun old fashioned flavors. Highly recommend the Pear & Gorgonzola salad with chicken & the Chorizo Risotto. I hope the Salted Lavender Mocha Espresso Martini stays on their menu forever!! Super cozy place! We will be back!!
