Firehouse Subs York Marketplace

What's the deal with the place? Is it closed permanently or is it staffing issues? Some transparency would be nice as I did enjoy the subs here. Technical issues on door and this placed has been closed over a month.

I came across town for a firehouse sub, only to find them closed at 6:30 on a Friday. They are supposed to be open until 9:00. This is the 2nd time I came to this loction to find them closed during normal business hours. The last time, there was a note saying the payment system was down.
This is the last time I'll cross town for them.

This store has been closed for weeks. They need to change their online to CLOSED. Very rude.

They had a sign on door that said it was closed do to tech problems

Everytime i come here, there is a sign that says closed due to tech issues. It's been almost 2 weeks. Very disappointing

Does not compare to Lancaster. Brisket was cold, cheese was cold. Half the sodas didn’t work.

Decided to give this place another chance. Whoever they hired recently to fill these orders are incompetent. It's the little things that count like no pickle or the outside of the box looks like they finger painted it. Not going back to this york location again.

FOOD POSIONING!
I ordered a sandwich here for my 12 year old daughter. She took two or three bites and said that it had a funny taste and smell. With in the hour she began to complain of belly pain. Not much longer afterwards she began vomiting. She spent the rest of the evening and night complaining of stomach pain.
I reached out to corporate and received a generic response. There wasn't much concern about the fact that someone let alone a child acquired food poisoning from one of their restaurants.

I ordered 2 medium sandwiches. One Hook & Ladder and one meatball. The H & L was very good ( the bread was a bit too soft though). The meatballs were a nice size but the meatballs were so filled with filler that they were mushy.

They really need to have a better system of ordering. Should never take 20 minutes to get an order. I felt like they didn't care about my order because I got mine for here and we're taking care of online orders. Been a bit since I was here. May be a bit before I come back if the service is going to be this bad. If you want this business to stay. Fix this mess.

Sandwiches made fresh taste very very good we are definitely go back

Kid-friendliness: Very willing to listen to the child has he made his decisions as to what he wanted on his sandwich

Wheelchair accessibility: Door was easy to open as well as somebody came to the rescue with my hands being full of packages I was very happy about that
