Firehouse Subs York Marketplace

I love this place. Wish the one in West York hadn't closed. The food was tasty and the service was excellent.

The cashier and the other girl, were not professional. Received cold food, and said they weren't allowed to replace a sandwich.

This place used to be pretty good, not sure what happened. Went in today and the toaster was broken so they couldn't heat the subs, understandable as things happen. They couldn't add toppings to the kids sandwiches. Just meat and cheese they said was a new policy? This was weird as any other time we have been here in the past, adding lettuce and tomato to a kids sandwich was a non issue. They didn't add cheese to my child's sub that he asked for and mine was missing a few of my toppings as well. We will not be back as the cost of what we paid for subs was not worth it nor was the service.

What's the deal with the place? Is it closed permanently or is it staffing issues? Some transparency would be nice as I did enjoy the subs here. Technical issues on door and this placed has been closed over a month.

I came across town for a firehouse sub, only to find them closed at 6:30 on a Friday. They are supposed to be open until 9:00. This is the 2nd time I came to this loction to find them closed during normal business hours. The last time, there was a note saying the payment system was down.
This is the last time I'll cross town for them.

This store has been closed for weeks. They need to change their online to CLOSED. Very rude.

They had a sign on door that said it was closed do to tech problems

Everytime i come here, there is a sign that says closed due to tech issues. It's been almost 2 weeks. Very disappointing

Does not compare to Lancaster. Brisket was cold, cheese was cold. Half the sodas didn’t work.

Decided to give this place another chance. Whoever they hired recently to fill these orders are incompetent. It's the little things that count like no pickle or the outside of the box looks like they finger painted it. Not going back to this york location again.

FOOD POSIONING!
I ordered a sandwich here for my 12 year old daughter. She took two or three bites and said that it had a funny taste and smell. With in the hour she began to complain of belly pain. Not much longer afterwards she began vomiting. She spent the rest of the evening and night complaining of stomach pain.
I reached out to corporate and received a generic response. There wasn't much concern about the fact that someone let alone a child acquired food poisoning from one of their restaurants.
