I ordered 2 medium sandwiches. One Hook & Ladder and one meatball. The H & L was very good ( the bread was a bit too soft though). The meatballs were a nice size but the meatballs were so filled with filler that they were mushy.

Kid-friendliness: Very willing to listen to the child has he made his decisions as to what he wanted on his sandwich

Wheelchair accessibility: Door was easy to open as well as somebody came to the rescue with my hands being full of packages I was very happy about that

The Engineer is the best turkey sub I ever had. I walk in and my order is on the shelf ready for me to pick up. No fuss. No waiting. No "we will be right with you" nonsense.Grab your order and go. Super convenient. Ill be returning often.
