Wanted to enjoy this hotel but they told me my one bedroom junior suite was actually just a regular deluxe room. I have pictures I took of them changing my one bedroom into a a hotel room on the app within five minutes of me complaining. I will be following up, but this is a shady way to do business. Especially when I paid $75 more for a one bedroom not only received a regular room, which is much cheaper than what I actually paid for. No compensation, or refunds. So sad.

Rooms are relatively modern style. Very minimal with places to put your things. As with most hotels these days, there is not enough lighting, especially for women in the bathroom. Seemed so dark in the bedroom, we had to use flashlights to find things in our luggage!

I can't say enough nice things about the people that work here. We had the worst night. Two different hotels told us we had reservations. We did not. They put holds on our cards we got here. These people were amazing. They took care of us quickly efficiently. And they even offered us a free breakfast because they could tell that we had such a stressful and hard day. If you want to stay in a nice place with nice people, this is the place to come.

Food & drinks: No breakfast lunch or dinner
Noteworthy details: One of The elavetors are not really working because the button doesn’t light up and you have to hold the button for a couple seconds

Loved it here my only issue was how the customer was speaking badly to one of the ladies who was closing down the dining area. They announced they were closing soon and he got really nasty with her. And when she got her manager to take care of the situation. The man lied about her trying to get her in trouble. I understand you are to satisfy your customers, but if they are wrong don't then they should be told they are wrong. Now this customer is going to think it's ok to disrespect the employees. And how are you to keep employees if you let customers treat them with that type of disrespect. In this situation you have cameras in the building what are they there for then.
