I have never in my 39 years have felt so uncomfortable eating a meal. The several manager's? Would literally stand and watch you eat every bite of food. Direct eye contact from afar lol. So weird. 😂

Ordered for pickup and online it said 50 minute wait, I waited for over 1 hour 40 mins for my food, it was extremely delayed. I couldn't get refunded from doordash (ordered pickup) otherwise I would have cancelled my order and got something else. My entire evening was spent waiting for food and they didn't offer anything the delay, for the fact they were 1 hour behind. Ridiculous!

I never had been watched so hard before. My gf and I decided to eat here for hibachi and every few min, the workers would stair at us. They even lean against the door for 30 seconds at a time. As if we were criminals about to dash and dine. Felt very disgusted. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Because that's not ok. Not sure maybe it was also a white guy(me) with my Asian gf. Whatever the reason. U just don't stare at customers. Like im trying to enjoy myself....

Me and my boyfriend went out for lunch yesterday. It was around 11:30am we went there for hibachi. The workers kept watching us from afar and coming up to us too often. Like they would keeping peeking in on us. It was like they thought we were gonna dine and dash because we’re young. And it made us extremely uncomfortable.

We have been loyal customers here for about 2 years, but no more. They served me fake, imitation scallop and charged me authentic scallop price. How infuriating. It was a fish cake in a scallop shape. Don't lie to your customers. We'll drive across town to a different Asian restaurant.

Food came out cold, 30 dollar meal eating cold, ordered sushi for an appetizer and it came out after the main meal. Don’t go there on a Friday night or during a rush, they don’t do well under pressure or when busy. Last time I spend 200 there and leave dissatisfied.
Been going here for years and finally got to take my family out for their first ever hibachi experience. We all loved it. Just as amazing as ever. I'll always continue to recommend this place to fellow hibachi/sushi lovers.... Total spend with an added tip to our chef was around $320 and we had plenty to take home for later!

First time going and I won’t be back, First Off the food isn’t bad BUT the service is The bartender/waitress is very quick when taking your order and borderline rude, I think her names cherrie or cherry not too sure but nonetheless it was a horrible experience. I had high hopes for this place as friends told me to try it but I honestly don’t see what they see in the place. If I wanted to be treated like a child I would go home to my mother. food was 3/5 only thing enjoyable about the place after spending over $100, So if you can get past a rude attitude then this is the place to be.

My family loves it here. The food is phenomenal and the chefs are very personable and nice. You get an amazing portion and the prices are decent. My husband gets sushi as an appetizer and from what I know thats also really good. We have a toddler and get him the kids meal and it is STILL enough to feed an adult. We always get the filet mignon-kids get one steak and the adults get two each. Definitely a great place.
