Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

If I could give zero I would. The lady that attended to us was so rude and nasty. I feel like she was mad because she brought us Margaritas that tasted like straight water and I told her I didn’t want them. I won’t be going back here anymore

It has an authentic mexican restaurant vibe, and their fresh guacamole is top of the line, but I don't think their entrees are on par with Fiesta Mexico. Good place to visit with family, but I can't see myself choosing them over Fiesta Mexico, especially when they're literally neighbors.

Pretty much what you expect. You get what you pay for.

Friendly employees excellent service and awesome food

Very excellent food. However, the experience of actually eating there was terrible. The music was literally so loud. You couldn't even hear yourself think. While placing the orders, the server had to ask us about four different times what we said even though we were talking right in her ear and then still managed to get the orders wrong because they had the music so loud. You couldn't even understand anybody. Other than that the food was great but the atmosphere inside was not.

6$ for less then 3.0oz guacamole lol. Music was blaring when I picked up. Street tacos were all greese tasted like garbage, didn’t even eat them. Wife’s barely had meet in two of the four.

Something changed recently here. They're now including gratuity for everybody. The last time I was here the manually put in a tip of $5. Tonight it was automatically added as a tip percentage for my party of two. They do a cash versus credit card pricing scheme now but seem to be unable to calculate change properly. Watch your checks closely if you go here.

Also the Spanish music that they're playing now is very vulgar. And I mean very very vulgar if you can understand the lyrics.

Food was good. Service was okay. They charge Service charges if you use credit and for spicy salsa. This restaurant is attached to a hotel.

This is the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in town. Wonderful service. Clean space. And súper nice people.this makes me feel as if I was in mexico eating some tacos and horchata while chilling. Perfect spot after church.

Under new ownership and absolutely horrible waited 15 minutes to be greeted at our table. Food was actually OK however when I got my bill I noticed that they are trying to charge me gratuity of 18% on a bill for 3 people. Watch your bill… I’m sure they are doing it to everyone people just aren’t catching it. So I brought it up to our server, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and said it was included and I’m like no you need to take it off so he takes the bill back and tries to change it to five dollars, and I told him no take it off I will tip you what I want to tip you. He finally took it off however and I did still tip him even though at that point I should have left him nothing. I don’t think we’ll ever be returning there absolutely appalled. It’s very sad cause it used to be a great restaurant.

Quick service for a nice meal

My friend and I stopped by for lunch to get a break from work and parenting for a bit. When we were seated, a young child joined us at the table. She proceeded to drink from my friend's glass of water, take bites of chips and return them to our basket half eaten, and poke my friend repeatedly in the face. There was no parent or supervision in sight for this child. As people who work in food service we were appalled and left after five minutes of no adult interfering. Obviously it is not the child's fault, but we came in for lunch, not to offer free babysitting services to the staff. After many great prior experiences, we will definitely not be returning.

Absolutely terrible. Horrible service. Just a horrible restaurant, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
