Love going here for drinks and the atmosphere. I am gluten free and thought I could get wings since they are marked gluten free on the menu. However they are absolutely not gluten free, as they are fried in the same fryer as other gluten-containing foods. Will still go out for drinks here, but wish they were safer about what they are marketing as gluten free.

Our first visit to York and we're out bar hopping on the Friday of St. Paddy's Day weekend. First stop, Holy Hound Taproom.What don't I love about his place? ❤️Cool, old school bar with worn wood floors, tons of character, plenty of tall tables and good food. Our bartender, Ray, was crushing the cocktails I ordered, and the pork tacos were so good we ordered a second round, lol! Definitely make this a stop on your York bar tour. ?????

Went a few years ago and it was just okay. So glad I returned. Food is great and well priced. Tons of beers on tap. Great service. Will go again soon

This is my trivia spot. Lucky for me, the tacos are half-price on trivia night! They don't have them listed on their menu, but order Shrimp Tacos. They are sweet, salty, a little sour, and crunchy. For me, it is a perfect flavor and texture combination. If shrimp aren't your thing, they have a Heladelish. It is a turkey sandwich with avocado, candied bacon, and a spring mix. The bacon makes that sandwich! They have both sweet potato and steak fries. Those fries are perfectly fried. I have also eaten the Loco Moco. That dish has a pile of rice topped with a burger and brown gravy, and then the burger is topped with an egg over easy. My trivia teammates usually order a soft pretzle and cheese curds to share with the table. Check out their menu online, and you can see their large beer list. Give it a go!
Just dropped in for a few beers with friends on a recent Saturday afternoon/early evening (5pm-6pm). Did not order any food, so cannot comment. But they have a very wide selection of beers on tap, and lots of seating, but it does get crowded. Our server was very attentive (almost too attentive - she stopped by the table 2-3 times to ask if we wanted to order any food, but we kept replying just here for a few beers today). Nice place to go, and very popular.
Decided at the last minute to go here for a team meal. We were all from out of town. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent and great atmosphere. With plenty of seating and tvs to enjoy Sunday football. Everyone raved about how delicious their meals were. We would definitely visit again if in the area!!

Bartenders are great, the problem I have is watching one of the servers harass and threaten someone with violence over a gambling machine during a bring your own vinyl night on Tuesdays , Then the next week they canned the guy who was threatened by the server . Manager Gary needs to go to school or something to actually learn management skills . It’s ridiculous that you keep the guy who was the aggressor and completely uncalled for .

My favorite place to play trivia and get drinks over the week! They always have great food here when you're hungry, though the prices are just a tad high compared to other places. Beer selection is excellent! The trivia host, John, is very fun and engaging every week, and our regular bartender Brandon is always friendly and helpful in getting us taken care of. Wonderful!

1st time. Nice place. Bar food with a bit of diversity. Fish tacos are yummy...maybe a lil less slaw but they were just delicious. Cheese Curds were done perfectly. Cheese steak was good as was Gouda burger. Fries were average. Being very picky here. It's well worth a visit. Parking can be iffy but it's not too bad really. Food was a little slow coming out. Our waiter was good and the bar waitress was terrific as was the manager.
