Food was excellent, came out very quick. We got the soup and salad bar as well, everything was fresh, there was always an attendant keeping an eye on the bars, replenishing or stirring everything. The wait staff was very kind, constantly checking on us. Will definitely be returning in the future

The service was great, but once again, we didn't have much luck with the salad bar. The soups were empty as in the noodles, potatoes, etc, were taken out, and only broth was left. Only 2 of the 4 were refilled. We're never sure what the soups are going to be as we were told some soups are from the day before and are used before being replaced.

The atmosphere was awesome. The service could have been better. My bad review is for their food. Medium rare stake was almost well done and wasn't seasoned at all. I'm not one to send food back. So I did bring it home for my dogs. I wouldn't recommend the stake. Maybe something else on the menu would be better.
Hoss's has the best salad bar! I really enjoy the selection. The salad bar was looking a bit sad today. The nachos specifically. The mac and cheese was really dry, there was a street corn dish that was completely clumped together, and the bread tasted old. The salad bar had a good selection of items and it was fresh. The soups were also really good.

Disgusting!! Steak I had 1 bite of tasted like shoe leather. The ketchup was spoiled and exploded all over me and the table. My wife's salmon was extremely dry she didn't even try it (and because of the spoiled ketchup.) We left. Manager did apologize and take care of the bill. But between the bad food and expensive prices, we will not return.
