The place is terrible. There where at least 3 visible open tables when we arrived but were told it would be a 10 to 15 minutes wait. So we waited... A few people finally left. The hostess eventually got around to seating us. We sat at the table for more than 5 minutes and no waiter / Waitress ever appeared. We left. I'll never go back. The entire staff seemed to be clueless and / or completely uninterested in serving the customers. Also saw multiple people sitting at their tables waiting to pay their bill, but could get the attention of staff.

I ordered pickup from this restaurant tonight. Went to pick up & the door was locked. After trying to call and knocking on the window and door for 10 minutes straight I decided to roll around back where I entered a random exit door and requested my food from a crew that said I was supposed to get my food from the front door. I feel like sometimes life is funnier than movies. Because what did I just experience?

Food portions were smaller than all the Ihops, Iāve eaten at before. Omelettes were small and didnāt contain ham, except a few sprinkles on top. Pancakes were kids size. Doesnāt compare to all the other Ihops. Iāve eaten at before.

Took a few minutes to be greeted, but once we were, we were promptly seated and ordered drinks. The drinks with came with a warning that they just switched lines, so if something tasted off to let them know when they get us new drinks. Something did taste off, so we ordered new drinks.
After a few minutes with the menu we ordered. We'd like the kids mac and cheese. "Sorry, we are out of mac and cheese. Actually, we're out of a lot of things so I'll let you know if there are more."
Okay, we'll have the chicken tenders then and biscuits and gravy. "Did you want the gravy?" Uhhh...yeah. "We're out of gravy." . At that point we excused ourselves, left and went to a competitor that actually had food to sell.
Didn't even get a sorry or any kind of apology either, just a bit of attitude. I'm never going back to this dump.

I have breakfast here frequently. Usually, comfortable temp, excellent food, generally good atmosphere. Today, 24 degrees outside, AC was on. Hash browns too hard, bacon too crisp (hard), eggs NOT over easy as I wanted--over luke warm I will return, hopeful that IHOP will return to its usual ways.

I went to the York, PA to get my birthday 3 pancake stack. At first they tried to act like they didnāt know what that was, then they brought out a cold stack. I had ordered a side of bacon that I would pay for. The first side of bacon brought out was barely cooked. I sent it back and asked to have it cooked brown and they sent it back to me burned and charred. I refused to accept the food or pay for the bacon, just paid for the drink I ordered and left. It was disgusting all the way around. I would not recommend that you eat at this location. Itās always nearly empty for a reasonš¤® I have tried to post a photo of how disgusting the food I was given was but it wonāt load.
Good food, reasonable prices, and gluten-free pancakes. Amen!
