I hate to post this as I've always enjoyed Infinito's, but this location has gone downhill. I've been here 3-4 times over the last several months at different times and the same issues are prevalent. They simply cannot put out pizzas quick enough or really at all. Every other Infinito's has at least pepperoni and cheese always out and more pizza's in the oven when they have a crowd, but this one does not. It is quite common for the bar to be void of pizza. At most they might have 3-4 pizza's in the oven. They'll get a few out and those will be gone quickly because people are hungry. Then there's no pizza in the oven and then you must wait longer. I understand not wanting to waste food, but they've taken it to extreme. I really hope they can fix this in the future but I'm not sure.

The dining room was so much bigger than we expected. It was clean, and bright. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic! Friendly staff and fast service. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend for lunch.

We got seated right away. Everything is all you can eat and drink. The selection of pizza, pasta, and salads is massive and everyone should find something they like. All the items were fantastic. Some very creative dishes. For $14 it's a massive bargain.

The price went up. I can't use my card anymore for after so many meals I get one free. What a disappointment. Greed took over This came from corporate. We won't be back. There isn't any good smorgasbord in York county anymore.

Sorry but this isn't the place you want to go for good food. Meatball pizza is nothing but hamburger meat on a pizza. Not one meatball in sight. Pasta in dry n bland, dessert pizza is about the only halfway decent thing they offer besides the drinks. Need better ingredients for the pizza and someone who knows how to make them.

I've experienced several Infinito's over the years, but this was my first time at the York location. No, it's not gourmet - its not meant to be. Affordable, diverse and flavorful makes it a good stop. This one exceeded all of the others in staff attitudes and customer service, facility cleanliness and ambiance. The GM was right in there making, cleaning, and being socialble. This one earns my appreciation and my gratuity. Well done!

Staff was very friendly and great for our girl scout troop party! We had over 25 guests. Pizzas were being put out quickly and the team was able to keep up with our big group plus a lot of other tables!
Barbara, Jazz, Logan, and Dennis worked as a great team to make sure the pizza buffet was full at all times and plenty of desserts to choose from!

This place was decent, there wasn't anyone in there when we went besides 2 other guests, and at the register they asked if we wanted to request any pizzas. We requested a couple which came out quickly. The pizza itself wasn't bad, it's just not my favorite. It's that thin pizza on the crispier side, but I understand it needs to be thinner to come out of the oven quicker.
The pizza isn't cooked in a traditional oven though, it's cooked in a conveyor style oven.
All in all, it was a good price and decent. The employees were keeping it clean and stocked as well.

Pizza was fresh and had lots of variety. Manager on duty, Barabara had excellent customer service and managerial skills. Team worked well together. Only negative is salad bar isn't to my liking but its more a personal preference. Definitely worth the price and good restaurant to visit with the family. Mac and Cheese pizza and breadsticks are AMAZING
