They have a guy working there that enforces the new plate policy by trying to rip it out of your hands and harass you. Manager backed him up , you don't take plates / silverware / cups or ANYTHING period out of someone's hands eating or not eating. Will never be returning

Me and my family went to this Infinito's location in YORK PA for my little brother's birthday. The food was good, what you might expect from a buffet. However, the service and staff were incredible. One man named who was working that lunch shift must suffer from back pain, since he is carrying this restaurant on his back. I had been to Infinito's (this location) before, but my mom had not. Dave gave her a 3 minute speech on everything the experience has to offer. My little brother felt super welcomed and comfortable due to this. Dave then continued to joke around with my brother and explain all the types of pizza he might like to try.
As we ate, we watched Dave go from register, to cleaning, and then bussing tables. A hard worker and the blueprint for staff. This man deserves a raise because if hard work is not rewarded, who will strive for greatness? If Tom Brady did not get praise AND a ring from the super bowl, would he have gone for six more? If we do not receive grades for school work, will we continue to try?
In the end, my little brother got more than a pizza party for his birthday, he got the true example of hard work and determination. Shoutout to Dave.

After a 5 minute lecture from the cashier finally able to eat but there was barely any pizza available. Host told us he would be inspecting out tables as we eat to make sure we only use one fork per person cause corporate said people are stealing them🤣 Soda was straight carbonated water 🤢

Not a bad experience. Being that its all you can eat for 15 bucks, I'll say its definitely worth it. Like many jobs, there's rarely enough staff to accommodate larger crowds of customers. So when ppl complain about there not being pizza on the bar, I get annoyed. Be patient. Food was fine. Staff was cool. The place was clean enough. My only recommendation for the place is for there to be a spot customers can drop off their dirty dishes. A central location, oppose to staff having to come around and collect.

I hate to post this as I've always enjoyed Infinito's, but this location has gone downhill. I've been here 3-4 times over the last several months at different times and the same issues are prevalent. They simply cannot put out pizzas quick enough or really at all. Every other Infinito's has at least pepperoni and cheese always out and more pizza's in the oven when they have a crowd, but this one does not. It is quite common for the bar to be void of pizza. At most they might have 3-4 pizza's in the oven. They'll get a few out and those will be gone quickly because people are hungry. Then there's no pizza in the oven and then you must wait longer. I understand not wanting to waste food, but they've taken it to extreme. I really hope they can fix this in the future but I'm not sure.

The dining room was so much bigger than we expected. It was clean, and bright. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic! Friendly staff and fast service. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend for lunch.

We got seated right away. Everything is all you can eat and drink. The selection of pizza, pasta, and salads is massive and everyone should find something they like. All the items were fantastic. Some very creative dishes. For $14 it's a massive bargain.

The price went up. I can't use my card anymore for after so many meals I get one free. What a disappointment. Greed took over This came from corporate. We won't be back. There isn't any good smorgasbord in York county anymore.
