I absolutely love this place, I’ve been coming here for years, and still to this day the Mike’s is still on top. They’re very speedy, kind, and dedicated to getting their job done right the first time. I was born and raised in Jersey so I love me a good sub. Jimmy John’s and Subway can never compare. Ordered my regular yesterday at 4:30 PM and went to pick it up. 4:52PM. It wasn’t ready. They weren’t busy. Someone yelled. We have to wrap it up. As I stood waiting, the girl said - it’s made with white bread not your bread. Huh? It’s 4:30 PM. You’re out of breads? She just shrugged. I asked if they notify or just make it with what they have and hope for the best? She shrugged. I walked out thinking this place has really gone down hill. Sorry to say. I’ll be spreading the word.

I've been a relatively frequent visitor to this particular JM over the past year; the food has been consistently EXCELLENT (though, admittedly, a bit pricey) and regardless of the different faces on any given visit, the staff has ALWAYS been friendly, cordial, and helpful. The combination of the two aforementioned keeps me coming back!
We ordered a cheese stake the first one the cheese was not melted. We also ordered extra meat and cheese. I don't send back food but it was the wrong sub. Took it back again no extra meat maybe cheese...the cheese again was not melted. Very poor service and food for the cost. I see black stone has taken over this market now as well. Goodbye jersey Mike's if this is your new product

For whatever reason, I never ate at Jersey Mike's for the longest time. I guess I assumed it was just another chain food place, and I was never motivated to try it. But whenever I finally did, I've never been happier to be wrong. I absolutely love their steak subs. Their ingredients are awesome, so I always get it with cheese, peppers, onions, and add jalapeños. I'll also point out that the rosemary bread they have is amazing. A little on the expensive side, but 100% worth it. This place is great.
