I ate the sub anyway and the second half of it tasted like a cleaner. I flipped the sub over to find out there’s spit on my sandwich. Went back and they made only half the sub and got the bread wrong. Lmao I worked food before too but really ? Enjoy my 2 dollar tip, next is my 2 cent. Rev up them fryers, food inspectors coming.

So I got the buffalo chicken but uh there was no buffalo at all, I’m fairly confident that they mixed up the sabdwiches or something but yeah. 3 stars because I was hungry and still ate it, but wasn’t what I ordered.

One star due to bathrooms not being compliant with food service. No paper towels or any way to open the door without re-contaminating yourself upon exit. Also, Dyson Airblades are rated the worst for spreading germs. This is a SIMPLE fix!!!

The size of the subs for price is ridiculous. Not only have they gotten shorter but now the width of the rolls has decreased. And of course the amount of cheese and meat has decreased. Here's an idea....weigh the meat so it's not subjective from one maker to another. Lastly, if you're going to shrink the product don't raise the price!

I walked in a male by the name of JJ said what can I get for you. I told him my order and paid. As I’m getting my drink a white male walks in and he says hello sir what can I get for you. To me it’s the difference between serving a customer gladly or just serving them because it’s your job. Shame on you JJ. Hopefully in the future people of all colors can walk into Jersey mikes on Kenneth rd and welcomed like you did the white male who came in behind me.
