I have one question for who ever runs this place. Do you make sure your employees know how to read? How hard is it to make an order where everything is printed out on a receipt? Would’ve liked to actually enjoy my lunch but due to someone’s inadequate reading skills, I got a sub that no what resembles what I’ve ordered.

I went to your restaurant today around 1:30. Only 1 customer that was being helped. I literally stood there for 10 mins without anyone asking for my order. Stood n stood there. Had 6 people working n do u think someone would ask me for my order. Hell no! Walked out n will never give you my business again. Horrible no service!

Ordering in is cool but please never order to go! I ordered a wrap and the last 6 times I ordered the extra stuff I put on it never came! Honestly wasn't a big deal at first so I called the store once to change the cheese and then I mentioned the extra bacon wasn't ever on it. So when I mentioned it, it was fixed! The next time it happened I called again and made sure to tell the rude Ms. Emily that I wasn't even asking for double bacon this time just the amount that I was paying for because the double bacon actually wasn't good and ruined the sandwich. Ms. Emily was very argumentative and instead of listening you wanted to prove that she remembered me from one time before which just proves that the store repeatedly messed up my order. Hun nobody is that pressed for bacon I just wanted what I paid for and the last time I bought my sandwich in a manager actually saw it was wrong and gave me a full refund and remade my sandwich. Little did she know... it's called customer service! And out of more than a half a dozen times my food was messed up I called two Separate times! You could always just make peoples food the way they are asking and stop bringing your pissy ass attitude to paying customers. What ding bat.
Way overpriced, was charged $16.00 for a 3-4 dollar sub, the sub roll is around $1.00 wholesale, and got the equivalent of 2 cans of tuna, which the good ones are around one dollar in the grocery store. I can literally get this same sub at columbos and a couple of other places for $7.25 - $8.25. what a ripoff, never again. You would have to be a fool to spend so much and get so little, look around there are much more reasonable places to eat.
