Beware! East York is Not Honoring the 50% coupon that was distributed! I was told the best they could do was 20%...I again showed the coupon shows the address and 50% discount. They said it was some kind of a Mistake. The mistake was Me going to the East York franchise. I wasn't impressed with the giddy girls arguing among themselves. Then the coupon discrepancy. Honestly I would have started going here Without the offered discount mostly because of convenience.....But after todays experience, I realize just how well ran the store across town Really Is!!!

Chicken Sandwich was LOADED with grease. Needless to say, the bread was soggy. I called returned that sandwich and they made a new one. This one didn’t have much chicken in it, and it was halfway cold. The young people working in that store are nice, but their work skills for a Jersey Mike store leave MUCH to be desired. I won’t be back at that location.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment following a visit to your Jersey Mike’s location on East Market Street in York, PA, on Sunday, May 25, 4:47pm or so
While I was waiting in line, I observed a woman and her daughter ahead of me. It became apparent that the young girl had autism. What troubled me deeply was the behavior of a few employees behind the counter. I noticed them smirking, laughing, and retreating to the back of the store seemingly to hide their reactions. Whether intentional or not, this behavior came across as insensitive and inappropriate, especially given the circumstances.
I have been a loyal customer of Jersey Mike’s for some time, and this experience was not only disappointing but also disheartening. Your team must understand that not everyone they encounter will be neurotypical, and it is critical they treat all patrons with respect and dignity, regardless of ability.
I strongly encourage you to address this with your staff and reinforce the importance of empathy, professionalism, and inclusion. Instances like this can have a lasting impact on customers and the community’s perception of your brand.
I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure that this does not happen again.

This is usually my go to Jersey Mike's in the York area and this morning did not disappoint. I was promptly greeted when I entered, staff is friendly and helpful and the #55 was superb as usual.

This is the second time we have gotten subs from here and the employees always look so unhappy. The last time it took 25 minutes to get my chipotle cheese steak sub and the girl making it complained about her life and how she should have called off the entire time. Maybe that’s why my sub was not as I ordered. Today one of the employees did not complain but looked so unhappy. I also ordered a chz steak sub and received a chicken chz steak which was extremely wet and not very good. I strongly recommend checking your order before leaving.

Wow terrible service accept the manager group of girls on phones and no direction with only one customer ahead of me it took 15 mins for 1 sub. Ill go drove to west york location. That one runs like a well oiled machine every visit

The food was just about on par with Jersey Mikes usual. Seemed like a little less on my sub, but it was good. The staff were very immature, yelling at each other while customers were in, talking about throwing gang signs, joking about wanting to get fired. The one who seemed to be in charge also stopped mid sandwich making to ask other employees if anything was done with their “afternoon checklist”. Just not at all impressed, haven’t had a good in-store experience here yet.
Edit: I was reached out to by Jersey Mikes and they did seem to care that their staff was unprofessional. Hopeful my next visit will be better.
