The food was just about on par with Jersey Mikes usual. Seemed like a little less on my sub, but it was good. The staff were very immature, yelling at each other while customers were in, talking about throwing gang signs, joking about wanting to get fired. The one who seemed to be in charge also stopped mid sandwich making to ask other employees if anything was done with their “afternoon checklist”. Just not at all impressed, haven’t had a good in-store experience here yet.
Edit: I was reached out to by Jersey Mikes and they did seem to care that their staff was unprofessional. Hopeful my next visit will be better.

The staff is very polite and quick. They make sure you are good with everything they put on the subs and they turn out delicious every time. You may have to wait a little bit if there’s a line,but you’re definitely getting a better sub here than other chains.

I've had mostly positive experiences at this Jersey Mike's location. The staff is friendly and my sub is usually pretty good. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, I wish they would use a separate slicer for cheese to avoid cross-contamination with meat. Additionally, I've noticed that the tables and chairs could be cleaner. Despite these minor issues, I've never had a bad experience here.

I've had JM's at various locations throughout the region, including NJ, NY, and PA. Love their subs. The other night I hit the one in East York, PA, and I have to say it was the best #13 Mike's Way + Mayo & Pickles I've ever had. The young man who dressed the sub took great care in evenly applying the mayo and toppings. The roll was perfectly sliced. A well stuffed and tightly wrapped masterpiece. The JM's bar was raised... it will be a hard sub to ever match. Great Job Memory Lane Shop!

We ordered a club sub and there was no bacon on it!!! Requested hot peppers pickles and banana peppers on the side.. did not get them. Had to order online cuz no one would answer the phone... I guess that's technology but my order had every request and they still screwed it up
I don’t know what was going on at this location today but the attitude was completely unacceptable.The girl at 11:30am making my sandwich was rude with attitude. “What do you want” with a look of annoyance. When said what I wanted the following response “that’s it?” Did it and then walked away. I literally did nothing to ask for that type of attitude.Check the sass at the door when you come into work.

Subs are good. Might be served with a dash of extra protein from live buggies in the lettuce. The manager advised staff to use lettuce after discovering these hungry eager insects in a bag. The employees promptly refused. Before coming back to email with additional details. Check with your incompetent manger and her failure to lead.
