Pizza wasn't good. The cheese on it was horrible , looked and tasted like slices of American cheese on it. Definitely wasn't mozzarella cheese.

Today i ordered my grandmother food at 4:02pm and it was set to be delivered at 5:02pm. 5:02 came around and no food had been delivered. So I called to see what the hold up was and i was first told traffic was bad and they were backed up but it was on the way. I said okay that’s fine. 5:30 rolls around and my grandmas food still hasn’t arrived! So i called again and was told the delivery driver came and called both numbers on the order which was my number and my grandmas number. We both DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS. My grandma had been standing outside since 5:05. The guy on the phone tells me he’ll send it back out to her right now. Boom so it’s now 5:58 when my grandmas food finally arrives and it’s cold ! And Missing the 2liter Sprite! So I Call back and let them know i was very unsatisfied and wanted my money back because no one ever showed up or called plus they forgot the soda! The guy on the phone told me he wasn’t giving me a refund and if i wanted one i would have to first return the cold food!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I also gave the driver a tip! I’m pissed off

Always has been the best cheese steak (or Pizza Steak). They can get a little busy on take out orders, be patient if they are swamped. Pizza is outstanding as well! RIP Scott Brought ❤️

I hadn’t been to Jim and Nina’s in over 20 years and had always bragged about their hamburger subs, cheeseburger subs, and pizza. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was terrible, and the service was even worse. Will not be returning the next time I visit York.

Went there this evening to pick up an Italian sub hole and a half one I should’ve checked the sub before I left. The bread was stale falling apart before I even picked it up. Customer service is not good at all. This used to be a favorite spot to come and get pizza and subs. I don’t know what happened. They just let anyone work there. It’s not good at all.

Had to order my sub twice because it wasn’t the way I paid for it to be the first time this is pics of how it came to me the second time smashed up and the fish was wet never will I ever spend of dime of my money at this place again
Honestly, I have NO idea what was going on in there today. Usually the food is really good and the service. BUT today it was extremely off and uncalled for. They need a customer service class. I will think twice about ordering from them again! Great customer service gets YOU more customers. Several times, the young lady cut me off while trying to give her our order for pick up. She was very rude and hung up the phone on us. I corrected her twice about the order. Because she kept cutting me off, we didn't get exactly what we wanted. I will never again recommend that location to anyone. There's no point in adding a photo, tbh!

Very friendly and clean and the food is the best . Especially their chopsteak subs . I call it cheese steak but my ,I would say they are sooooo f ing. Good......the best in York county . recommend every one to pay it a visit . You would never regret it....
