They need to get rid of that little girl who works on Sundays mid afternoon first off. I couldn’t even get a damn word out because she was cutting me off trying to runoff to her phone in the back which was clear second, she kept rushing me on ordering and then on top of that she didn’t even say have a good day or I hope you enjoy your pizza like a normal pizzeria should This horrible experience makes me realize that I shouldn’t be eating pizza in the first place which I don’t

Normally I would always give this place 5 stars. But they weren't willing to put less meat on one half of a stromboli for me. I usually order here once or twice a week but I can no longer do that. They wanted me to pay for 2 separate strombolis instead of just a large Italian stromboli with only the sausage on half. It's unfortunate to have staff chase off regular customers over the phone. I'm afraid for other people. All I asked was to not have the other meat added to half and they said that they can't do that. I am terrified since they won't put less meat on something I am paying full price for that they will let someone with food allergies die for the bottom dollar. Who charges more to have meat not added to something? Only a scammer, so beware.

I ordered 2 large Stromboli’s as I always do from here over 40$ and they are tiny they look like small Stromboli’s I’m all the way across town now to return it but I’m very disappointed and this is always my go to place not sure what happend here !
I ordered a cheesesteak and got there right when it was done, and it was cold. so I figured somebody called in and didn’t pick up their sandwich and they gave me their cheesesteak that’s the type of people we’re dealing with it’s sad

Pizza wasn't good. The cheese on it was horrible , looked and tasted like slices of American cheese on it. Definitely wasn't mozzarella cheese.

Today i ordered my grandmother food at 4:02pm and it was set to be delivered at 5:02pm. 5:02 came around and no food had been delivered. So I called to see what the hold up was and i was first told traffic was bad and they were backed up but it was on the way. I said okay that’s fine. 5:30 rolls around and my grandmas food still hasn’t arrived! So i called again and was told the delivery driver came and called both numbers on the order which was my number and my grandmas number. We both DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS. My grandma had been standing outside since 5:05. The guy on the phone tells me he’ll send it back out to her right now. Boom so it’s now 5:58 when my grandmas food finally arrives and it’s cold ! And Missing the 2liter Sprite! So I Call back and let them know i was very unsatisfied and wanted my money back because no one ever showed up or called plus they forgot the soda! The guy on the phone told me he wasn’t giving me a refund and if i wanted one i would have to first return the cold food!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I also gave the driver a tip! I’m pissed off
