I craved a good steak and cheese sub and got one. It was everything I wanted. The fried onions were on point. If you are looking for a place with good food, friendly staff and decent prices, then Joe's Pizza Plaza is the place to go!

Joe's Pizza Plaza on East Prospect St. in York. I ordered a small sausage and extra cheese pizza through their Slice ordering system. Went to get it, left a $5.00 tip and got home to find they gave me a plain cheese pizza. I tried to call, and got their answering machine. So I chatted with an agent from Slice and she called the pizza shop. She told me the shop would refund me $2.50. I paid $14.60 plus gave them a $5.00 tip that they obviously did not deserve and all they do is refund me $2.50. That was insulting! I use to frequent this place often but I won't any more!

5 stars all across the board for this restaurant. Reason why my review is straight 10/10, due to my experience with everyone that works there.
I was pregnant and couldn’t do cold deli meats, I only could have them heated up prior but it still made a warm sub, with them I always got my cold sub and my meats heated. I loved me a cold sub. They always took the extra time and consideration, without making me feel like an inconvenience for special request. They put a lot of love into the food and made it absolutely amazing every single time. They was the ONLY sub place that has done this for me and thanks to them I got to have a cold sub during pregnancy that was safe.
Much love and I will never ever forget it. Thank you. 🤍

My brother was there about an hour ago got three orders of cheese fries and a large pizza half onion half pepperoni I found a nail in my fries that's not good if you asked me do you want to see the nail here is proof you shouldn't get one star you should be getting. A -10

Great food my family go to pizza place 🥰. Ham and cheese pretzel strumboli my favorite 😍 . Always get the pepperoni and onion pizza. Wings are good and onion rings as well.
Placed an order through DoorDash. I told the dasher that part of my order was missing. She relied with “Contact them about that then” (meaning Joes Pizza). I contacted Joes who told me to contact DoorDash. Long story short. I paid money for food I did not receive. Joes Pizza was unwilling to rectify the situation unless I paid for a replacement when I never received the original. I am appalled by the way they conduct their business along with customer treatment. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. What could have been easily fixed with a little compassion from their manager was instead met with “I don’t really know what to do here. I did my part and made it the first time”.

Today I had the worst experience ever Went in and as soon as i walked in i was asked if i was picking up. Told them no and that was the last time they knew i existed. They were worried more about taking orders on the phone than the people that were there. I sat in the counter from 5-10 min before i was waitered on to ordered. Friendly but customer service was horrible. I had their food before and it was good but horrible expirience in person unless you call ahead and pick up since thats their top priority!
