HORRIBLE! SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! First and last time for my family and I! The rice was hard and old tasting ! The lomein had NO flavor with uncooked shrimp and the general tso chicken had more sauce than chicken! The results...... THREW it in the trash! WHAT A WASTE🤬🚮

I ordered delivery while having a slipped disc in my back. My order came and there was no sweet and sour red sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. I live 8 mins away and the lady told me to come pick it up. When I explained that I physically can't pick it up right now and why she said well we don't have a driver and hung the phone up on me.
I never again will order food from this circus again. I have a dry disgusting meal that I can't even eat and I tried to eat because I was so hungry but couldn't. Waste of money and time. Now I have to find something else to eat and a way to physically make it because they have my money and I can hardly walk.

Want some Chinese so I tried jumbos first time ordering here and I love egg foo young so I got the combination platter with the fried rice and eggroll and it was all delicious

My sister and I tried this restaurant for the first time the other day. We got combination platters which came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I had shrimp and broccoli. My sister had chicken and broccoli. When I got the food home and opened the container, the rice smelled spoiled and funny. I kept smelling because I wasn’t sure what was wrong. Then when I heated the food up, it was like the smell got even worse. I called to explain the situation with the restaurant and the owner (I’m assuming) picked up the phone. It was a woman, but an older woman. Not the young lady who took my order earlier that day. As soon as I said what the issue was, she started over talking me and said she would refund me the money and while I was not asking for money back, but just wanted to inform her, she kept on over talking me and hung up the phone in my ear. I went over to the restaurant because she really did upset me and I also wanted her to smell the rice. I couldn’t get a word in edge wise. I kept trying to say I didn’t want the money, but at that point she was very irate and rude, she kept over talking and now I’m annoyed as a paying customer. My intention has turned from informing to, this is not how you treat people. And I told her about her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. She was hitting things In the restaurant and kicking boxes. My sister was with me, we don’t know WHAT was going on. Needless to say, we were refunded and we won’t ever be going back or patronizing that business. Her attitude was totally unacceptable and uncalled for.

We ordered here tonight as a 1st time guest. We had egg rolls(good!), hot & sour soup(great!), the diet broccoli only meal with sauce on the side and vegetable fried rice(great!), and walnut shrimp(great!). We thought the food was pretty great. Service was excellent. Would order again.

I bought chicken broccoli for dinner. This is the worst restaurant I have ordered food from. The taste was disgusting. I would like to give 0 star.

Ordered the General Tso chicken, not the best. The chicken was generic and tasteless. The crab rangoon was soft and chewy. My wife ordered the shrimp and broccoli diet plater that was supposed to have no sauce and no salt. There was sauce and lots of it. It wasn't horrible, but not really any flavors. Plus side, the wonton soup was decent.

My GF Renball got an order from DoorDash from Jumbo Chinese restaurant and asked for extra duck sauce and they BLESEED HER, we couldn’t be happier with this delicious and abundant amount of DUCK SAUCE

Ordered shrimp egg foo young for pick up. Got home and opened it up. I got some kind of overfried chicken wings and drumsticks. I called to to get it replaced but ate some rice. And got so sick I threw up. I think their oil is rancid. I got the replacement. Had a few bites and shortly threw up again I had eaten the egg roll and 3bites of egg foo young that were burnt around the edges. When I flipped it I over, it was BLACK... BURNT .looked disgusting. I'm demanding my money back! I usually do to first wok in Shiloh. Never had anything bad there for years but they were closed this day. I've seen great reviews for jumbo but this is my second order with them and both were horrible. Who is writing these reviews???
