It’s sad that the FEW times I’ve come to this place it’s always something. Stood in drive thru for 10 mins no one even spoke with 3 cars behind me. Went inside and as soon as I stood in line could see their frustration in their eyes. I left and the cars that were behind also went to Chick-fil-A. Please hire people that actually want to work. Seems like they do that on purpose so they don’t have to work. Mind you this place never has traffic on drive thru and the rest of the reviews tell you why.

Bought a famous bowl and there was literally 5 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl and the mash potatoes turned into soup because the whole thing was drowned by gravy very dissatisfied I wish they would bring back the old way they made there chicken it just doesn’t taste the same anymore!

I stopped on the way home to grab a quick 2 piece meal. I went through the drive through and order the k1 meal and specified white meat. My side was fries and my drink unsweetened tea. I paid and the food was right out. I was pleasantly surprised. I went on my about 20 minutes to home. When I got home, I opened the meal and it was a leg and a thigh. Not white meat. I greatly dislike dark meat. The fries were dry and mealy and cold.. the biscuit was hard as a rock and very dry. Needless to say I ate the skin on the chicken and nothing else. It's about 20 degrees here and it's 20 min away. I was not taking it back but am disappointed in the old food and incorrect order. I paid for the food in ordered and was given something else and it was gross.

Piss poor service two people working and the topper was when they said they didn't have any Cole slaw think it's time to shut down
I order today through the KFC app, I received rotten chicken, burn chicken smelling like black pepper. Basically my whole order all the 7 pieces . Don't buy here all chicken reheated, rotten. I called customer service they said will investigate, so I'm adding my picks and my review here since they didn't want them.

Time and time again the KFC franchises prove why no one really likes to go there regularly. From silverware shortages to rude employees. There seems to be no end of problems that occur when ordering at these places. Today however, I asked for Tenders…of course it was wrong. If not for the very friendly person working the drive thru window today’s trip would be considered a great failure.

This location is ridiculous. I ordered a KFC sandwich and instead of a chicken breast filet they used two dry chicken tenders; didn't add any mayo, gave me one pickle and lazily squirted a small amount of sauce that didn't cover anything. They forgot to add two sides to my order, the fries I received were soggy and cold. I went here because the KFC near me was closed. Never again.
