I came expecting a nice place to enjoy my meal and finish some work, but was disappointed. The food was bad, there was only one foul-smelling bathroom, and I waited 10 minutes just to order—then another 10–15 minutes for my food. For the high prices, the quality didn’t match at all. This experience made me feel I would’ve been better off elsewhere. Please do better.

Seriously. I went there at 530pm today. There is now way that chicken was made within the last 8 hours. Employees busy with no personality. Not greeted for at least 3 minutes at counter. Chairs sticky and tables look old and drab. How old is this KFC? They lady gave my food to go even though we ordered it in the restaurant?? Go figure anyone makes that assumption when we are sitting at a table waiting for our food to be called. Seriously. I'm never going to KFC again. Greasy, old, stale almost grey looking chicken. You guys dont even have napkins on sauces or anything for guests to get. Its all behind the counters. The prices you guys charge for all this is absurd. I knew I should of went to Chic-Fil-A. I cant remember the last time I left a restaurant hungry. That's a first for me.

Have to say stop tear pick up my one-line order management called me to let me know that there was issues and gave me options I very much appreciate that customer service and when I pulled up to pick my order up it was ready to go. Food was hot and the order was completed correctly.
