I ordered through doordash at 4:01pm and it became 5:13pm and my order wasn’t ready they didn’t even start it. My dasher said they are short handed. The store shouldn’t be open if you’re short handed. This ruined my party dinner for my guests. I would not recommend this KFC location

Ordered an 8 piece nugget combo. Food tasted like it was old and left out. Chicken was dark. Like it was cooked in old or bad fry Oil. Men's bathroom was not working properly ( urinal broken) and was really hot smelled like swimming pool. Location needed cleaned desperately.

This place is terrible. Once every so often we try to forget how terrible this place is and give it another shot. And its always a let down. Orders are constantly missing things, somehow anything you order is not ready and going to be a 20 minute wait. And this time as a little bonus the drive thru cashier seemed like she smoked her kneecaps off during her previous break. Oh and you have to liquidate your 401k to afford a family meal.

Me and my girl came in a few days ago and our food order was wrong we spoke to Crystal later that day and she apologized for the earlier shift and offered to replace our meal. When we came in, she immediately took the time to make our food herself. She made us feel like we mattered. She kept us up to date on when the chicken would be coming up. This is the best customer service I've ever seen from this kfc. She is a blessing to the store I hope she stays around 🙏

I ordered on line to pick up at 430 at the location on memory lane, it's the convenience I like to run in grab and go. So I get there at 4:33 expecting to grab my food and go. There was nothing on the on line pickup shelf. It took me 5 minutes to get someone's attention, ( there was NO ONE in the restaurant or at drive through) FINALLY someone comes to the counter and I tell them I am there to pick up my 4:30 order. The guy tells me o yeah I'm working on that. Again....no one there. It's not like they were busy or anything. I believe there was 4 people working. I get my food at 4:50. Needless to say I was not happy. 2 customers came in as I waited and no one came to counter to help them after five or so minutes they left. The place has piss poor service and not good food. Highly disappointed, will not go there again. I believe the manager should be held accountable for their employees and how things are handled. They obviously do not know how to run their restaurant (if you want to call it that)

I absolutely love this location now that it's all new staff, they are the most thoughtful crew yet. I will be returning to this location in the future. Dariun was so nice to us and his manager Krystal was very nice and spoke highly of her crew when we spoke to her about how good of a job he did.

Every meal i have ever gotten from this location seems like it was under the heat lamps way too long. Nothing has ever been fresh ever not even new menu items. Even the fry oil seems old. I will never go back. Officially dead to me.
I was highly disappointed with my experience at this KFC location. The worst by far! Food quality were unacceptable. Employees look like if they were from a rock-band from Temu! (Go in there and you'll see what im talking about!) Undercooked biscuit, overly thick gravy and rest of the order looked like if it was taken from a dog's plate! How can manager allow all this! I do not reccomend this place at all!!!

Every time I go there it’s never open, even though there are workers in there, closed an hour and a half before 8 PM. This place has been on a fast decline for years now. Should just be closed down.
