I was highly disappointed with my experience at this KFC location. The worst by far! Food quality were unacceptable. Employees look like if they were from a rock-band from Temu! (Go in there and you'll see what im talking about!) Undercooked biscuit, overly thick gravy and rest of the order looked like if it was taken from a dog's plate! How can manager allow all this! I do not reccomend this place at all!!!

Every time I go there it’s never open, even though there are workers in there, closed an hour and a half before 8 PM. This place has been on a fast decline for years now. Should just be closed down.

Ordered a 16 piece meal for my family and I, got my order and it was correct got home and sat down, chicken was bland and flavorless, it did not taste anything like KFC, The biscuits were almost comically small, the coleslaw was alright and the mashed potatoes were decent but the gravy was like water. I understand it's fast food but it was 57 dollars. It was more like 57 dollars worth of disappointment to my entire family. It's sad when Royal Farms, a GAS STATION can make better quality food then a actual restaurant, and for half the price.

Ordered from KFC APP I went in to pickup an order from the app. When I got home everything was correct except for the quality. The chicken was so soggy we couldn't eat it. My 15 year old son even questioned what that was. My husband told him it was an extremely soggy chicken breast. We ordered extra crispy, and we got extra wet. Pretty gross to tell the truth. The mashed potatoes were delicious and super hot. The biscuits were some of the best I ever had. Fries were old and soggy, and the mac and cheese had a really good flavor. Check out the pictures of our chicken. The bottom is completely discolored from it being saturated for so long.
Store is posted that it closes at 8:00 I was in there waiting 15 to 20 minutes since 6:50 gentleman comes out to tell me store is closing and I would have to wait outside for my order very poor service do yourself a favor and don't come here

Stopped in to get their Tuesday 8 pc bucket for $10 as seen on TV. Was told that it was only dark meat, and I asked how much extra would it cost to substitute one of the pieces for a breast. Guy was nasty and said it is dark meat only and they will not make any substitutions. My wife will not eat the dark meat and I needed 1 chicken breast for her and I would have paid the extra fee for it but he said no and starting saying they get too many complaints. I will never go back to KFC again, I expect to be treated better than that.
