Me and my girl came in a few days ago and our food order was wrong we spoke to Crystal later that day and she apologized for the earlier shift and offered to replace our meal. When we came in, she immediately took the time to make our food herself. She made us feel like we mattered. She kept us up to date on when the chicken would be coming up. This is the best customer service I've ever seen from this kfc. She is a blessing to the store I hope she stays around 🙏
I absolutely love this location now that it's all new staff, they are the most thoughtful crew yet. I will be returning to this location in the future. Dariun was so nice to us and his manager Krystal was very nice and spoke highly of her crew when we spoke to her about how good of a job he did.
2/5/2025 @ 6:15pm everyone on this shift looks like grizzly Adams and Kid Rock which is not a problem except no one had a hair net on! It seems so nasty to me. I mean even in prison they wear hair nets don’t they?
