Hours are not correct and service sucks

I almost never write reviews, but this experience was so bad it was comical. I arrive just after 5. No one in the dining room, one car in the drive-thru. There's two people working, a manager and a cook. It takes the manager ten minutes just to come up and take my order, and he acted like it was his first day on the job with how slow and confused he seemed. In the fifteen minutes it took for me to get my food, two door dash drivers came in (more on them in a minute) and the guy from the drive-thru. He had been waiting thirty minutes for his food. The manager had completely forgotten he was out there (this happened again ten minutesater to another person). I finally get my food, and I watch the cook take my chicken out of the fryer and immediately putting it on my tray, not allowing it to drain or anything. So there's a massive puddle of grease at the bottom, which is kind of gross, but at least the chicken is hot and fresh. Fifteen minutes later, I finish, and those two door dash drivers who had come in well over 20 minutes ago were still waiting.

They could not handle five orders in 40 minutes.

Went with my gf. When we came in, the restaurant was completely empty, should’ve taken that as a sign. There were only 2 employees working that I saw the whole time I was there, one was hard to understand and the one seemed upset and was just trying to take my order as fast as possible, I felt super rushed. When trying to find a seat, I saw an empty trophy case like thing in the wall behind glass, all it had was cobwebs in it. Then after sitting down, I saw another cobweb behind the seat with a spider chilling on it. Then when we got our food, the fries had way too much salt and the chicken tenders were all burnt except for one. Asked for new tenders and they gave them to us but the lady seemed like she really didn’t want to. While eating, a guy came in complaining that he got the wrong order at the drive through. When leaving, my girlfriend pointed out she had cobwebs on her shoe from under the table. I bet if we left our trash on the table, it wouldn’t be cleaned up until the restaurant got demolished, which I can only hope will be soon.

This place needs a complete re-do on whoever works here. The place closes at 8 but around 5-6 PM they start locking doors and hiding in the back, I haven’t been able to get food anytime I’ve come here because they lock up so early. After ordering online, it took 30 minutes to get someone at the drive through to say “ hello “ and after that it was just silence. I don’t know how this place is still open, let alone making any profits.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Where do I start?? This used to be my favorite KFC for awhile, but after having a couple of bad experiences with rude staff and food poisoning. I decided to give this KFC one more try. I ordered some chicken and fries and the fries were all kinds of colors. Some of them were white that they looked borderline rotten. Then I went to open my chicken nugget order just to find a chopped up single tender as seen below. Honestly, please avoid this KFC unless you want to get food poisoning to miss a couple days of work.

Bought a 12 pcs family meal today. Costs over $50. We got 8 legs,2 wings, and 2 breast. What happened to 3 halves of chicken. We were all starving when we finished. I dont know why we keep ordering from here. Its terrible every time

6/28/2025 5:01pm. I just got here to pick up an order I placed online. The lobby was locked. Then when I went to the drive through the person told me it would be an addition 25 minutes to wait on my order. I asked for a refund and he said they are not allowed to give refunds.

Take one star away just because the dining room is usually closed due to staffing. The staff through the drive-thru I'm picking up water or ordering is very friendly. I will also say that usually when I order I always have to get a substitution for chicken breast because they're not ready.
