Other than what others have said in the past two weeks being so true, the place was open but dark.
Why you may ask?
According to the one of two employees working:
1. The sign has been burnt out for months.
2. The lobby is dark because the ceiling fell down ten minutes ago due to an ongoing water leak.
Parking: Plenty of spots because it’s gone so far down hill!

Revisited this location after avoiding it for several years. Truly it’s amazing they have decided to keep it running. Not much has changed and the place was dead just after dinner. I sat while my pick up time arrived, dinning room closed and watched nobody come into the parking lot. While preparing my food, they had racks of chicken under the warming lights. I could only imagine it had been there for a while but I already ordered online. Nobody in my family enjoyed our meal and they even shorted me a 3.75 cent side. Other restaurants treat your money alot differently than this location.

They’re supposed to be open until 8PM but they decide to close up shop around 6:30 then hang out until 8PM. It’s a good thing Royal Farms is right across the street because they’re more than happy to scoop up the KFC customers being turned away during prime dinner hours by the lazy employees that think they’re so slick and are completely oblivious to the fact that most of the night shift are being investigated for stealing time! Just wait until KFC makes them pay back every penny for every second they stole!

Chicken was incredibly dry and we were instructed that we could not go in the lobby and had to use the drive thru.

I don't know why i even entertain going to this place anymore. It used to be ok. Now you can't even go in the dining room. We ordered online and it said pickup time was 5:20. In the time we've been waiting for our food, we have watched 5 other vehicles go through and drive thru and leave. There are only 2 boys working and the one sounded high when I went thru the drive thru asking if my order was ready. He said it's a wait. Find a parking spot. So far it's 8 minutes past our pickup time without food in sight. NEVER AGAIN!

1230 lunch time on a Friday January 2025 no one answered drive through no one even came to the window after knocking on glass drive through. This place has completely falling off with no signs but seen someone inside. Also customers behind me with no answer after 20 minutes

This location is absolutely awful. If you were looking for somewhere to get absolutely zero no good service then this is your spot. If you are looking for a location that has absolutely no drive or desire to even run a well function and company then this is your spot. They opened up at 12 o’clock. There was vehicles in the parking lot indicating the employees were inside. All of the lights were on inside. I even seen an employee come out from the back and stood by the front counter. I waited at the drive-through for 20 minutes. Not a single sound was made from the speaker box. I could hear employees talking behind the brick wall and laughing and carrying on. I’m not sure if they were taking smoke breaks or what. For an establishment that just Opened, you already lost five customers. There were a total of five of us in line waiting to be served. We all, after 20 minutes, waited in line and then drove up to the windows individually and then did a lap around the building to look inside. I even went to park and walk inside . And of course, the doors were locked. I even tried calling this location numerous times and gotten through to no one. And I know there was employees inside because there was a repairman there working on the building. When asked by another customer, are they open? He said yes they’re open but I am just a repair guy. I don’t know what’s going on in there. This location is full of kids who are just unwilling to work so they thought it was a grand idea to just not open the store and hide in the back. Great way to keep customers and make money. If I was the owner of this location, I would be extremely furious because I am playing employees to sit on their ass and not even serve customers and make the business money.

Dietary restrictions: Food was very bad , pop-pie was bad tasting and to throw away . Tasted like it went sour with a hour . Will not to recommend that KFC. Chicken very greases and Mac and cheese brunt .
