They messed up my order last month, Feb. 28th. They undercooked 3 meals (2 steak & 1 burger)..the manager said he would give me a gift card for a total of all 3 meals, but I NEVER RECEIVED IT!! I just wanted MONEY REFUND to my account, but the manager REFUSED.

Honestly i am beyond disappointed with this place my husband and i went there for lunch first red flag was nobody come to greet us we sat at the bar it took 10 min for the bartender to even notice us might you it was a slow day i ask for a classic margarita instead i got an orange juice with some tequila. I ordered a burger with friend and my husband ordered lemon garlic chicken it took 50 min for our food to be ready i saw 3 table come in and out before me and my husband got ours. Long story short i asked for my food to go because after waiting an hours with no food i honestly got upset and left the restaurant. I dont think i would eat in this location ever again. I didnt even eat the food i pay for.

LOUD LOUD LOUD!!!! Atmosphere!! Lemon garlic chicken was tender BUT SO SALTY!! Red Rock Shrimp SO VERY SALTY!! Strawberry pecan salad was delicious and a great value!!

Service was a bit slow BUT our server, Bedelia, was very sweet and courteous!! Seemed to be a lot of empty tables and not many servers-typical of the times!!

Ok so it’s a chain restaurant but it’s probably one of my favorite chains, especially for steak. I got the French onion soup which was great. Service was super slow that day but it’s Longhorn, I’m not expecting Ruth’s Chris, ya know?

We will never go back to Longhorn restaurant. The food was not hot, I asked to have it heated up, it still wasn't hot when it came back to me. Our server put things on our bill that we did not get.

This place was horrible. Would not take 10 of us at 2pm in the afternoon. Another group of 6 left at same time. General manager really could have cared less that we where leaving.
We had an enjoying lunch at longhorn. Thank you Longhorn for such delicious meals and for your place having a nice atmosphere but most of all thank you Kelli for such remarkable job of taking care of our meals and for always checking on us to ensure that we are good and for ensuring that we still have something to drink. You served the food fast, efficient and you are very attentive. To thumbs up for you great customer service. We left the place happy and a full belly. Lol.

I didn't stay. The place smells bad as soon as you walk in the door. No wonder you don't need reservations on a Friday night! The place needs a deep cleaning to start with!
