Night crew locked the doors at 820pm sat at the bar stools and played on their phones instead of working... me and my wife were there bc we enjoy this place but there needs to be some management supervision here. When we tried the door they just sat their on their phones and pretended not to hear anything.

You know so far the two different maple donuts I have been to have been wonderful. Today I came to this location, and initially looked and saw barely any donuts, you could tell these workers were slammed with orders. Thankfully there were more in the back. The ladies working there although super busy continued to take orders with a smile! One customer even had someone cut in front of her, and the one lady politely asked if the customer who was behind me was next as the employee notice the one customer cut her off. I have to say I appreciate her doing this and not just letting it slide. It was also her birthday and instead of being miserable at work she showed up with a smile, and served all these customers!!! Thanks ladies keep up the good work!

Went to get donuts they had not shelf were bare I was look for cream filled the had some sitting on the counter lady knew I wasn't happy with the little selection instead of offering me the fresh they told me i could get the old ones that they had cramed in the clear container I might get a cream filled in one off those

Come on now. Best donuts in town. I actually just did a donut comparison at work three weeks ago in Baltimore. I brought a dozen maple donuts to another person who brought dunkin. An hour in, we checked all maples gone. 6 dunkin' left. We put three of the dunkins in the maple box and 30 mins later, no maples 2 dunkin. But the person who ate the last out of the maple box i was giving guff to for not throwing the box away told me the donut was stale lol.

Donuts are good and breakfast sandwiches are good. The staff is miserable and god forbid you ask them for a breakfast sandwich poor people have to do what they are getting paid to do ...they make you feel so unwelcomed. I hate going there just because of the customer service.

I expect you are throwing away lots of donuts now. instead of charging higher prices for overstocking less popular donuts, do the research and start making less of what doesn't sell. insane price change aside, the staff is awesome. They don't deserve to deal with irate customers like me.
