To start, they were very polite on the phone, and made sure to repeat the order back to ensure it was correct.I was greeted with smiles and a very positive attitude as soon as I walked in, which not many places seem to do anymore. Both ladies working there made it an awesome experience.I ordered a large pepperoni, a California cheese steak and a order of fries. Everything was very well made, exactly how I wanted it. The pizza had great flavor and they weren't stingy with the pepperoni. The fries were crispy and plentiful. My sub was above average but not the best I've ever had, the lettuce tasted a little old and it could have used some more meat, but nonetheless it was good.I would recommend Marcello's over any other pizza shop in York.

This was 1 of my favorite places to eat at before I moved away. I was one of their best regular customers before I left. The food is awesome still and yes prices has gone up but that's everywhere. I still feel like u get your money's worth on majority of the items that's on the menu. Extremely friendly and awesome customer service. They will accommodate a disabled or handicapped person without anyone ridiculing you or making fun of you. With what ever accommodations that you may need. They make everyone feel like they belong regardless what their situation is. Nice and very clean atmosphere. The bathrooms are always spotless, clean, and smells good. Everytime i have used their bathroom its always fully stocked and never be out which is refreshing. I'm back I will most definitely be a regular customer again. I highly recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: Great family restraunt. Not loud or abnoxious.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp that you can use if your in a wheelchair, walker, Caine or can't do steps very well. Someone is always going in or out so you will have help if you need it.

I ordered three subs that was supposed to have steak, white American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and fried onions. The sub only came with meat and cheese because she couldn't comprehend what so ever! The lady seemed special Ed, she took 10-15 mins to take the order, wrote the wrong number down and wrote the whole order wrong! I called to let them know what happened and the owner lied and said he heard the whole order when he wasn't on the phone to hear what I said!The dumb ass chick on the phone didn't even know the menu or if they sold fish sandwiches. The order came to $50+ and it wasn't what we asked for! The food was horrible, the service was horrible and the owner is a liar! Then ten mins later after they messed up our order they called with someone else order because the order taker can't do her job right and write down orders wrong!! This will be the last time I order there! Unprofessional and fucks up on the order, phone number and all. They could have had the nasty food back because it wasn't the right food. But they wasn't even trying to fix it. They was worried about being rude. Not pleasing their customers

Great service and really liked the thin crust pizza that reminded me of Manhattan pizza shop in terms of ambiance. The mushrooms and pepperoni were great. Marcello's Favorite Steak Sandwich also was great. Would have been better with a bit more cheese.
