I’ve been ordering chicken quesadillas there for about three months and my bill was never over $13 and some odd cents today I called to order the same thing that I had ordered and I get a side of lettuce tomato and onion and they said it would be $18 and some odd cents and I told them I’ve been paying 13 something since I’ve been ordering these and he said well they said that that’s not right. They charge 2.39 a piece for lettuce, tomato and onion which I get about four slices of tomato and a little itty bitty cup of onion and then a little bit of lettuce and I told them just forget it. I’m not paying that

Just ordered from Marcos today got a large pizza and 12 hot wings. Wings were great and pizza is pretty good. They said it would take 45 mins and they got it out to me in dover in about 30 mins. Overall would definitely recommend this place.

So I called in a pick up order of a pizza and mozzarella sticks. When I called I mentioned I had a coupon (from their menu) for a large cheese pizza for 10.99. The girl on the phone said bring it with me. So I did. I went to pick it up; gave her the coupon and she looked at her coworker and showed it to him and she said I don't think we're taking this right now. So I told her it's from the menu I had at home and her response was "we go through phases of when we take them. Now there was no expiration date on it mind you and no one said that on the phone. So what started out as a 17.00 order was now 27.00. Sometimes you have to go above and beyond to avoid these types of reviews. GREAT customer service would have been easily accepting YOUR own coupon. If you go through "phases" don't print the coupon bc the consumer doesn't know when your phases take place. This could've have easily been a 4 or 5 star. The food tastes great but the "phases" comment left me boggled. I'm response to the owners remarks.... 1) the last thing I'm doing when I have a menu in my hand is looking for dates. I'm hungry; I wanna order food 2) it wasn't in a junk drawer. It was in the menu drawer and considering I just moved back into town I pulled the only Marcos menu that my mother had in there so I didn't call just because I pulled something out of a junk drawer. 3) the girl who took my order over the phone should've stopped me the minute she heard "coupon" knowing the establishment doesn't have any current coupons circulating right now. #justsayin

Atmosphere is a 3. Good place to dine-in. We came in just after the lunch rush so I understand the messiness. What I saw were dirty tables, walls, and floors. Trash in the parking lot. But there was ample seating.
There was a 2 minute wait and the person who took our order was wonderful.
There are many vegetarian options, as well.
Plenty of parking.
I would come back again!

For the first time, we actually had sandwiches here.The other night period checking chicken cheese steak subs. FRESH rolls piled mile high w/ tender, flavorful chicken. Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Quick service.

Wheelchair accessibility: Some of the parking spaces are on an angle. If you have a lift kit on your van, avoid parking on the north side of the parking lot and go for the spaces in front. The double entry way does not include automatic doors.

food is very good service was excellent the first time around with my dine in experience... the first time coming i ordered half no cheese and half cheese pizza with no problem however after enjoying and deciding to call back tonight for the same order i was told they cant make the same pizza they did the day before.... when coming to pick up the restaurant was basically empty meaning the staff just decided not to do it even though they are fully capable of doing so. i am willing to give this place another chance but im very upset and would hope for at the very least consistency... the inside is adorable and although there isnt a huge amount of seating it is pleasant and has a great atmosphere

I order onion rings instead of fries with my platter, online. It allowed me to modify my order, but then they sent fries. When I called , the lady said we don’t switch out fries for onion rings, So I ask her why didn’t the computer stop it or the person making the food, stop and call me and tell me this , Instead of just sending my fries that I did not want.I then asked for her manger . The manager picks the phone up, No hello , how can I help you , just we dnt call customers to change orders! So you just take people money and give them what you want them to have!!
