I ordered McDonald's paid 44 bucks for 3 sandwiches and 3 iced coffees when I got them delivered at work no straws call the mc donalds up he said there not required to give me straws and stuff looked thrown into the bag in a hurry and not checked sad pay all that will not do it again not the first time this mc donalds was horrible but the manager saying they don't require them is sad. Red lion mc donalds is amazing hands down service and food

This is by far the worst of the worst McDonald. If it not be for it being so close I wouldn’t even go. Honestly I don’t know why I bother. The food is always wrapped so messy if it’s even in the wrapping. It’s like they toss it all in the bag. They never get the orders right. Almost never. Their attitude is so unprofessional and unpleasant. They’re rude. I say hello and no one says hi or smiles. I always say thank you and no response. Their customer service is horrific. I don’t understand how they’re even still operating. Bad enough they have police surveillance due to the crime in and around but you can’t say or correct someone because they wanna give you an attitude and be so disrespectful. McDonald’s needs to really hire all new staff. Train them properly on their jobs and customers adequacy. It’s not just the young kids working there they adults are just as bad.

I waited 20 minutes for a sausage biscuit with round egg the cashier also wasn’t listening side I ask for a small drink I don’t understand how or why it took that long also the manger looked very mad she was talking rudely to others including the customers there were way too many employees on the front for anyone to be waiting as long as they were for food also there was a very tall guy with a brown hoodie and crocs on in the front handing people their food he had very unkept Afro I feel like he should of had a hairnet on and his jacket off cause it didn’t look professional or clean for him to handle food like that he look like he just rolled out of bed honestly and clocked in this is the closes McDonald’s in town and I hope they can get it together cause they get business but it not a good environment from the staff people are outside smoking weed my friend and I went there few weeks ago and our whole order was refunded and we got our food cause the service was horrible they were doing something in there that resulted to our prefer being completely wrong customer service sucks at this place fire everyone even the GM start over please
