This is the 3rd time that I have ordered food and only half of it was there. The food is good and the help are very friendly but the service isn't what it should be as far as getting the orders correct.

Drive-thru is always packed wrapped around the building they're always running behind have to have your park and sit waiting for your food Sat there for 25 minutes the one day got out walked in my food was sitting on the counter already cool because they said it there for how long without bringing it out to us then I seen a woman walk behind the counter with her baby in the stroller newborn baby right past the oil for the fries

It's the worst place... either they change the staff or they close it. Foul-mouthed They mistreat the client. A lot of people and we have to wait 42 minutes for a bun with meat and lettuce. What a shame!

The ABSOLUTE MOST DISTURBING DISRESPECT MCDONALD'S THERE IS... 8PM at night about a dozen of teens , yelling screaming, cussing, threatening each other, NO MANAGEMENT PRESENCE AT ALL...NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ASKED FOR NOISE AND DISRESPECT TO BE STOPPED!!! ...Couple sitting beside us even called while in dining room to this store to complain, the person answering couldn't even hear the gentleman on phone, and yet NO MANAGEMENT PRESENCE CAME .. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE -100 I WOULD!!! ...on positive note the early morning AM Crew is AMAZING!!!

This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve been to.
Most of the employees unpleasant, making it extremely obvious they hate their job. Do not expect a smile or a greeting when you walk in.
The food is below subpar; you can never get fresh fries, the sandwiches are slopped together, and their oil regularly is dirty which makes me wonder how often they are actually cleaning and filtering their fryers.
I’ve ordered my son a happy meal three times, each time I was given a regular toy when asked for a toddler toy and I have not received a single sliced apple any time I order.
As a former McDonald’s employee I understand how difficult the job can be at times, but every single visit there is an issue, when will this store and managers take this job seriously?

Drove here since it's the only place in the area that is 24 hours and is a drive-thru. They aren't open 24 hours and close in the middle of the night.
I’m so annoyed my total was 30.00 they forget half my order and I’m in York Hospital they would not refund my card because I can’t bring it to them and I’m not leaving the hospital for 3 months they said come in when I get out to get my food . Super disrespectful.
Really really bad. Ate dat McCrispy and got food poisoning. I was peeing out my butt and throwing up for 3 days. REALLY bad. Don’t eat dat McCrispy I’m telling you. Really bad. You will probably end up just like me and get really badly sick. Should I sue? Probably. But I didn’t oh well. Just a warning DONT EAT DAT MCCRISPY!

The staff usually are always chill and nice, but the food every time is the downfall. I stick to the basics of the mcd menu as I don’t indulge often. I’ve ordered a McDouble here three times. First time it was no mustard or ketchup, second time no cheese, third time no condiments, onion, just the patties and burger bun. Dry as a desert. And the fries are usually cold. Now today all I ordered was a large fry large sweet tea. Fries were nice and hot, but not salted. I had to ask for salt packets. Then my sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all, just plain tea. Luckily I got these on promo, so I only paid $2.86 all together, but this is why I don’t pay more than that lol the food don’t be worth the money spent without the app, and even then, if I was depending on whatever I do get out the app to feed me for the day… well let’s just say that’s pretty messed up. Gotta get better w the quality.

Ask if they had lipton sweet tea. Girl in drive thru said yes! Because I don't want $1 Nestea but real tea which was 3-4 bucks for large. She charged me more than a dollar, but gave me the dollar version. They mess up everything I ever get here...I am done with this place.
