wrong order after wrong order. eventually its on me for going back and expecting something different. its just incredible how awful the service really is. between that and the prices are comparable to a sit down place that serves real food.. good god.. so damn bad

I ordered at the drive thru and my total was 11.20, when I got to the window they lost the order and had to redo my order. The total then was 13.20??? When I got to the second window to pick up my order it was all messed up and she thrust it at me saying “have a good day!” I had to ask for my second drink and then a straw and was given attitude in return. My fries were upside down in the bag so they went everywhere. Just a mess overall from start to finish.

Waited 12 minutes in drive-thru to pay after ordering. Told to wait for two breakfast sandwiches, to be brought to me in parking lot. Waited for 20 minutes in lot. Went inside. The place was not busy, and counted 9 employees working. Treated rudely by staff when asking for sandwiches. Waited 7 more minutes for sandwiches. Upon opening sandwiches in car, 39 minutes after ordering two small sandwiches, the sandwiches were sloppy, as if they were little thrown together.

A bunch of teenagers talking shit about customers and snap chatting on their phones. I waited over 15 minutes for a door dash order with zero update. Just could hear them talking about you from behind the counter. Maybe hire an adult to supervise all the little kids and your labor wouldn’t be through the roof. I saw over 10 people back there and most weren’t doing a damn thing.

The only reason I'm leaving this place a three-star is the girl who waited on me at the drive-thru. She was very sweet but when I pulled around because I only ordered a sweet tea on my app the manager was at the cash window shook her head and disgust because that's all I got LOL she was very unprofessional and rude and just a nasty looking woman.

If someone asks for your food to be fresh three times it should be fresh and there should be no reason y’all are getting attitudes if someone is paying for it if your employees do not know what the word fresh is or cook to order then clearly they need to be re trained 💯 y’all are worst then George st McDonald’s

I can’t imagine how hard it is to work as a McDonald’s employee and use basic reading skills. Every time I go my order is wrong. It’s not hard to read a slip, I’ve worked there and also have an education. Most of the workers in there are not minors and clearly have poor customer service and lack of work ethic. Prices go up in the economy but not the intelligence of society I suppose.

The drive through staff can't communicate as well as told me to wait when ordering through mobile and took 2 cars on opposite lane even though I was sitting there for a few minutes before anyone else showed up
