Another example of dying customer service. 10,000 people working at this location and I still can't manage to say please and thank you. McDonald's can't screw up the food it's so regimented and formulaic that it's fine, for the most part. But the customer service makes you not want to go back to particular locations. That is something that the franchise owners need to understand. They also need to understand that just because it's a McDonald's does not guarantee you're going to get the kind of business that other locations get. I need to start reading reviews and responding

Im always craving Mcdonalds french fries. I could eat them all day everyday when they are hot/salty. Update on 10/30 great service and the female employee who i didnt get her name she was amazing by helping me recieve my mobile order when the app stopped working. Give her a raise!

This is by far the best McDonald's I have eaten . Food was hot and fresh , employees r nice and it's clean .
Sat at payment window for a few minutes and watched three people walk by, look, and not help us. Some trashy lookin GROWN woman at the next window gave attitude when i apologized for no one being at the window. She then ignored us and slammed the window shut. Very disappointed in the immaturity and unprofessionalism. I would not want someone like that working for my business.

We have just arrived in the United States and as always my children go first to MacDonalds, there was a very good offer of hamburgers and chicken nuggets which is what they normally like.
