The only reason I'm leaving this place a three-star is the girl who waited on me at the drive-thru. She was very sweet but when I pulled around because I only ordered a sweet tea on my app the manager was at the cash window shook her head and disgust because that's all I got LOL she was very unprofessional and rude and just a nasty looking woman.

I’ve never been to this mcdonalds before but the service was incredible. the kindness from the workers to the customers was so amazing and the way they treat each other is also very kind. the food was quick and good. highly recommend this location

Another example of dying customer service. 10,000 people working at this location and I still can't manage to say please and thank you. McDonald's can't screw up the food it's so regimented and formulaic that it's fine, for the most part. But the customer service makes you not want to go back to particular locations. That is something that the franchise owners need to understand. They also need to understand that just because it's a McDonald's...
