Another example of dying customer service. 10,000 people working at this location and I still can't manage to say please and thank you. McDonald's can't screw up the food it's so regimented and formulaic that it's fine, for the most part. But the customer service makes you not want to go back to particular locations. That is something that the franchise owners need to understand. They also need to understand that just because it's a McDonald's...

Im always craving Mcdonalds french fries. I could eat them all day everyday when they are hot/salty.
Update on 10/30 great service and the female employee who i didnt get her name she was amazing by helping me recieve my mobile order when the app stopped working. Give her a raise!
