Manager is awful, went to get some food around 9:30pm she was rude from the start. Really shouldn’t be in charge of anyone she clearly has no customer service. NEVER even got my food bc they never came to the window to give it to me. After 30 mins I said to give me a refund bc her remark was well your gonna be waiting awhile.
This place is only good if you order ahead or drive through. I ordered inside and everyone just stood their not helping at all. Took 1/2 hr to finally order and their was only two people in line. They don't want to work anymore!!! Sad
Came to get a coffee last Saturday after my Covid shot at the VA (I’m a veteran). Sign on door said you were open inside but door was locked. Several customers walked to the other side of the restaurant where an employee (or manager) was outside smoking. We asked if we could come in to order.
