The food was delicious however the staff needs to learn customer service. We asked for a medium fry not a large and the girl in the drive through scoffed and said “does it really matter”. Glad that’s how customers are treated as we hand them our money just ridiculous.

I usually don’t take my time to complain about stuff but this has repeatedly been an issue at this McDonalds to forget items, make them wrong or completely disregard special requests like extra cheese when charged. Not only that but the chicken is full of fat balls and their food is only fresh if there’s an employee that actually gives a crap. And to be refunded forget about it and no one wants to deal with the drive thru again after waiting long in it the first time. I know you’re “only” McDonalds and the excuse was cool when yall were CHEAP but yall are charging $15+ for -0 good it’s not cool and it’s actually nasty how gross yall have gotten over the years. Unless it’s a cold drink I’ll go elsewhere and when you and you’re party of 8 that came here every day for over a year leave it actually does and will make a difference in profit.

All other orders in front of me and behind me were in and out through the drive-through when I finally got mine it was an absolute mess, sauce all over the place almost unable to even be picked up. I would not recommend coming here. Save your money go somewhere nice

Super bad service, I ordered some items and they say they are preparing them but that was more than an hour ago, I don't think preparing a MCCHICKEN takes that long, and that's not all, they give incomplete orders when it's 12 at night, it seems they don't want to work anymore, I guess I don't even want the money I've lost, I just want the same thing not to happen to them when buying here

My experience at this McDonald’s drive-through was unacceptable. The staff were incredibly rude, speaking to me with a sassy attitude and rolling their eyes when I asked for assistance. The worker even slammed the window at me so hard it bounced back. To make matters worse, the Mcflurry i received was unblended. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is shocking, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
This location is near my job, I rarely stop at this location because of poor service. Same two ladies working drive through every morning 5:00am . Please stop serving pre made cold breakfast sandwiches. It’s just not right! I’ve brought this to their attention several times and also, returned food just to be given another cold, hard sandwich. Do better!!!

By far one of the worst mcdonalds in the area, dozens of times I've gone and I order something very simple, a quarter pounder meal and a drink, and every time I've gone not once have I not been told to go park, and when I do park I'm waiting 10 minutes or more. Even when I put in a mobile order so they can see the order ahead of time I still get told they are waiting on my food.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this McDonalds. I don’t even think it’s fair to call this place a McDonalds due to how poor the service has been since day 1 of me trying to get a quick order here. Forget about getting a response about your orders status — most of the staff just don’t even recognize you and your problem. The core problem of getting my food from point A to point B is a very apparent one. There just needs to be more effort here, I mean really. Every other McDonalds in some radius from this one is just better by default. Please, PLEASE do better.

Wish I could leave less than 1 got two apple pies on a doordash order 20 minutes ago and I still don't have it today team sucks update October 27th still the same s*** does not change here at this location order state that they already done but you will be waiting over 20 minutes for so called fast food this is why I do not eat at McDonald's
