I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I was instructed to park in the reserved mobile order spot and wait for my food. I waited there for 20 minutes without receiving my order.
Eventually, I had to go back through the drive-thru to let the staff know I still hadn’t received my food. After I provided my receipt, they confirmed that my order had been overlooked and finally handed me the food.

I'd give zero stars if applicable! 17 minutes in your drive thru an once I get to the window to pick up after waiting there another 5 minutes im asked to park for 1 burger an 1 fry. Seriously this is unacceptable an you lost my business!

I order chicken nugget no sauce and I told them 2 sauce..I order my grandkids happy meal no toy inside and I told them toy… it’s to much Playing with people’s money up in that McDonald’s

This is how my sealed door dash order was delivered. My fry container was LESS than half full. Unacceptable. Someone working was simply being lazy and didn’t want to drop a new basket figuring they’d get away with it since it was a door dash order. Pathetic. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a big Mac and what I got looked like a regular double cheeseburger with the Mac sauce... the pickles and lettuce and stuff wasn't on the sandwich but on the side... it was just a mess... don't think I will be coming back to this one...

went to get a burger cause i got hungry around 1 and this what i got. the lady with the dermal piercings told me that one of her workers made it then proceeded to asked me to hang up and call back just to send me straight to voicemail.
